I am dealing with the BCS platform and I get a stable trading server in the market so far. They gave me a satisfying trading service in the forex market, as I got the fastest execution on their MT4 platform or fixed spreads on all pairs. Even I found out that their withdrawal process happens within a day. Really Investing with BCS is profitable without any tension.
Lately, I have seen that BCS Forex started cheating on their platform with fake price quotes and executions. I have an account, but the spread isn't zero, Although it could be a high rate in the market. While their regulators didn't observe this issue. To be honest I've been trading with BCS Forex for almost a year and I didn't happy their services and fees.
My experience with BCS Forex has been first class. BCS Forex executions are fast I didn't get any requotes, slippages and etc. Deposits and withdrawals are also fast! An additional, I really do like to chat rather than calling them. Customer support is so friendly and efficient to handle a client. For the most part, they appear to be honest, broker.
The trading experience at BCS Forex is great. I am having smooth trading activities and I can say that I am earning fairly well. However, Their withdrawal system is still problematic. When I withdrew my profits, I had to wait for almost two weeks just to receive it. They still need to work on this because that is such a long waiting time.
Their platform is horrible and hard to customize. I can't set my desire position so far, and they always executed my orders 30 to 40 sec delay and I fall 10 to 20 pips requotes. Sometimes the platform is too busy or disconnected from the server, and I think trading with them is not profitable enough. I decided to close my account at this broker and no more trade with them. I'm looking for a profitable broker.
I tested the trading platform, after some time I decided to open the real one.The beginning join no problem even processes registration runs fast. but after getting to know the BCS Forex suddenly withdraw a slow process. I hope they can help me directly with responsibility. But actually they make me more confuse with their statement. I would stop all my activity here, and will look up for the new broker.
The customer support team of this broker is commendable. They are very accommodating and they remain patient on all their clients' inquiries. However, no matter how polite they are, they still are not able to fix the problems of their trading platform. They keep saying that they have forwarded the issue to the technical team but nothing is still resolved. It has been two months already and I am not having a decent trading activity because of this.
I put more money with $1000 to my account, and I earned profit with $205. Recently, I have had problem with this broker about my withdrawal, because BCS Forex always delays my request. In last month, I wanted to withdraw money with $200, but I still got no money during 1 week. Their customer support lacks knowledge about their products and aren't at all helpful.
A year has already passed since I started trading at BCS Forex. Overall, my trading experience has been pleasant. I like how simple their platform is as it makes it easier to use. Their customer support team is also easy to contact. However, I find their payment option to be very limited. That is the only downside I see and probable the occasional glitches in the platform. It is very infrequent to be bothersome so it's fine with me.
One of the worst experiences of my life. Their demo account is very different of real account. Everything works well and smooth in demo account, but I didn't see the same in the real account. I made a deposit of $800 two weeks ago. In just five minutes, I lost everything because the platform has frozen and my stop loss order was not executed. I got very furious and sent many emails to their support and they said this problem was due my internet connection. It's not true. I don't recommend it to anyone, they will drain your account and say it's your fault.
