I have a dreadful experience from the beginning. Spread is not consistent and wide spreads even on a normal market. Always delayed in the execution of trades, and the spike is almost every trade. In terms of withdrawal, it takes 20/30 days to get money. For these, I will not continue with VTB 24 broker.
Spreads are acceptable but they could be lower. Customer department is good, very dedicated to clients. Other than that, the service is not bad at all, order execution is smooth. They can give you useful advices, offer you timely information, good spread , leverage and bonus after completing lot size. I have cooperated with them for one year. And get on well. From professional perspective, they support me to make much money. No problems with withdrawals at all. Profits always reach my card/bank within 2-3 working days as promised.
I can't deal on the QUIK platform with VTB 24 broker. As server error or freeze, I have many slippages and I get $200 lost so far. Also, I can't customize this platform within any EA too. So I am worried about a $1k investment with VTB 24 broker.

I have observed my SL or TP execute the right position, where I set and platform never Disobedient to me. My all withdrawals have proceeded within 4 hours via Wire Transfer. Overall I have rated VTB 24 8 out of 10. VTB 24 has been the best broker among many brokers I have ever traded in 3 years. Luckily, the process of withdrawal is smoothly, and this broker refunded me my money in a short time. In addition, this is the first platform I have traded on that gives me the price I click instantly, no waiting, no manipulation.
I think it is very good broker for many reasons. But most important they are paying my profits. Some of my trading results, last week were the best trading results. fund security as fer as I know is good. They never do any wrong with me. My trading results are always satisfying.
I have satisfied after trade on the QUIK platform with VTB 24 broker. As the execution of the orders is fast, the spread is tight, platform Integrated with many trading tools, I get signals and news alerts on the platform and I can customize this platform within many plugin or EA. So I am satisfied with this platform.
It has been 6 month I try their systems and I enjoy trading with them. Trading platform work well which execution are fast to take all my orders and also their spread is competitive starting from 1.5 pip for major pairs. I am really happy about their platform because it doesn't freeze and my trades are smooth because of their fast execution. I find their customer support to be very prompt and efficient in processing my withdrawal requests. I rarely have to contact them though as things run very smoothly. Yesterday i requested to withdraw $2000 and they processed it quickly via PayPall and was in my account the next day and there is no charge.
Trading with VTB 24 is easy, the broker is honest without having hidden commissions at withdraw, and no delays during volatility times on the MetaTrader 4. I have a standard account with a first deposit of $400. The transfer was made with the system Pay pal and credited instantly to my trading account. I trade using short time positions and scalping strategy for this I use the currency pairs EUR/JPY and EUR/CHF. My first two months of trading with WIT I made a profit of $788, did''t withdraw yet the profit.
I really like trading at VTB 24. Their platform is outstanding. For the past three months, I haven't experienced any slippage or delays in the execution of my orders. The platform always run smoothly and the stop loss and take profit are always on point. Customer care is also impressive as their lines are always available and they really resolve issues as soon as possible.
