I am preferring to deal on the FXArena platform. As I have found the fastest execution server and clear price chart with a fixed spread, which has given me a profitable platform to deal with online forex trading in the market. Also, I have found that FXArena has a reliable payment service and this is the most essential term for any forex trader. Sometimes I've got some slippage but it isn’t big. Till now I can make $240 profit within two months and I have withdrawn this money via bank transfer without any hassle. FXArena is a really good broker.
I am very disappointed with FXArena broker service. Last time, the server was down, and I could not manage my open USD/JPY position, and they moved so much up that I lost $317. When I contact their live support and ask them to adjust my trade, they refuse to do that. Also, I made a withdrawal of $400, when I made a profit of $500 last week, but I waited 3 weeks without getting any money, so I checked again by calling their support. And I got shocked when I got the money, they charged $70 for the processing fee! After that, I closed my account at FXArena, and I don't want to continue my trading with them.
FXArena is better than the three other brokers I had used before. They offer competitive spreads with no spike and wonderful platform. I also like their order execution on mobile platform its absolutely fast and easy to accessible. Overall, I am satisfied with
I tried a demo account at FxArena and I have to be honest but I did not like my experience. Their platform was too shaky and there had been a lot of delays while I was demo trading. Considering that it was not the real deal yet, it it worrisome to think that they can't provide a smooth experience.
FXArena is an unprofessional broker. I trade with them for three months, and I always get into trouble. Their platform is working badly, the spread is high, and they used to delay my order execution. I got negative slippage, which makes me lost my money. When I called their customer support, I told them my problem, and they don't admit that mistake is on their side, also they judged me that I'm not skilled trader. What kind of broker is this? I will never trade with them anymore, I am so disappointed with their service.
The main problem of this company is the execution. The server of this company needs to be improved. Many people were also disappointed with this broker. My money is not yet credited to my account. Therefore, I called their support to ask about this case, and I can’t stand with their reply. Their support told me that I got loss $785 when I traded.
I don't think it is worthwhile to trade at FXArena. For one, their platform is not very great. It is unstable most of the time and it often ignores my SL and TP which leads to more losses. I have only been trading at this broker for more than a month but I am already closing my account. I have lost more than a quarter of my initial capital already and I don't want to lose more just because of their terrible platform.
It has been 5 months I try to change my trading strategy in order to gain profit with them but at last I made a decision to leave them. Basically their execution speed slow so that will lost your best price to entry and it will freeze when you click more than 5 times to layer your entry. Their MT4 platform and web freeze through out the afternoon, I don't know the real reason behind this. I sent the questions to customer support but they didn't reply my email.
I have a standart account with FX Arena, last month my trading was fine but yesterday I got a problem. when I have opened . 5.5 lots buy the deal at $2000 on EUR/USD pair, then my position was opened at 20 pips higher. Also, this trades being closed out on my take profit point. I can understand how my profit reduced by them. Although sometimes I get many slippages in my pending order. But I did not observed about this activity. Also, I had $380 balance on my account. So I have requested a withdrawal of $550 via Skrill, today I got this money for delay payment. Actually, FX Arena MetaTrader 4 platform is too slow which isn't good for any traders as like me. This is the last chance for them, if the problem will happen again, I must leave this broker.
I am very disappointed with Fx Arena service. On 14th January the server was down and I could not manage my open USD/JPY position and the moved so much up that I lost money $900. When I contact with their live support they and ask them to adjust my trade they refuse to do that. . Is there any legal way , that pay me my that amount which I loss because of their server down please let me know?
