Overall a good experience with Alpari. They provides comfortable trading conditions including spreads, platforms and system of getting cash. MT4 Platform, allow use of robots. Customer service is tops. Wish you all good luck trading.
Alpari has given me a profitable trading platform in the market. I have enjoyed the MT4 platform, where the execution of my order almost instant and I got tighter spreads in all currencies pairs. Which helps me to do scalping trade with an EA. So I got a good result and I can make $360 profit so far. Also, I have a nice payment experience with Alpari too!
I invested $200 at Alpari which was the minimum amount required. The trading experience is good. I have nothing to complain. However, they have a bit of problem when it comes to withdrawal transaction. I requested to withdraw some of my profits recently but they are taking too long before releasing it.
First time I strongly believe with alpari, but the broker is disappoint me. This might look like a problem that little, but later when I found the problem more complicated, then they are still not able to respond to all the questions that I ask then the problem gets bigger, and I will never trust them again. Their platform become so bad, there are many bugs and errors. In this case you just cannot place an order, cancel an order or change your Stop Loss. For this incident I lost $2300. I hope to meet a better broker.
I am experiencing a live account with Alpari broker. Initially, I only funded my Live Account with 300 dollar for test purpose . However, when I have seen that they are truthful and their trading tips really help me gain profits, I decided to increase my found. This is my 3rd months of working with them and I haven’t had a single problem so far. Currently I am doing hedge with another platform and its working perfectly. After trading with Alpari for 3 months, I made good earnings of $300 so I thought it was time to withdraw $200 and asked for a withdrawal by Wire transfer, but after 4 days I saw that my money wasn't in my trading account, so I contact to support department regarding this issue. They are so fast to solved my problem and just 6 hrs after I contact them, I got my money in my trading account. Even it has problem at first but with their kind support, I'm very satisfied with Alpari.
I like trading at Alpari because they have a set of friendly customer representatives. The one that I usually speak with is very professional and she really makes sure that I have no other concerns before we end our conversation. I also think that it is a good broker for beginners because they provide educational assistance to those who need it. There are various video tutorials and they conduct regular webinars. For me, Alpari is really a great broker.

I am really impressed by their MT4 platform, and during the trading process, there is no manipulation and the execution speed is two times faster than another platform.
