City Index broker has a stable platform and reliable service in the market. As the MT4 platform is advanced and my deal didn't get any slippage so far. So I got a live price quote and doing a scalping Trade with an EA. I have found advanced charting tools too. I can withdraw my money via Bank transfers within two days. That's why City Index are trusted to me and I have decided to deal with them.
I have always failed when I want to withdraw. Start from internet connection was error, errors on verification, until no more responses from the City, even though I've repeatedly submitted my complaint via email but until now remained no response from them. When I close the platform my internet seems to working but when I open their platform again same problem again. This always happens especially during news events. You simply cannot trade during news events. I will switch to other broker.
The experience I had at City Index was terrible. I kept losing my trades because of their platform and they even took a long time before releasing my funds. I honestly thought I wouldn't get my money back anymore. Thankfully they still released it even though it was already delayed for almost two months.
They say they are the best, but in fact they are the worst. Making my trading situation even worse. Nearly $1000 loss. Everything is slow. Slow execution, slow processing of withdrawal requests. The spreads are not consistent. Don't understand their analysis. It is difficult for me to continue trading with them.
City Index is not a good broker when it comes to withdrawals fund. That’s true that they have may depostis options but withdrawal via WebMoney very painful. I made a withdrawal request of $1.5k more than a 25 days ago and still waiting for my withdrawal. I have not even received a confirmation of my withdrawal. I contact with City Index live support and they told me that they have some problem with WebMoney and they cannot say how many time takes to resolve it. Even they do not allowing me to withdraw any other methods. What happen if they are unable to resolve it?
Spreads are not competitive and support team is not professional. I think they need to increase leverage as it's too low, so you can't create good strategies with such a low leverage. This broker has only bad trading conditions and simply out to own my deposit. I say City Index broker is unprofessional and unreliable broker.
Liked the City Broker trading platform, but since I tried to withdraw some money, I am having a horrible experience with City Broker. On 25 June 2019 I put in my request to withdraw $600 via QIWI, but they I cancelled my withdraw request. Immediately I send a mail to their customer support and they told me I cannot withdraw more than 500$ at a time. Two days later I request for withdrawal of $500 until today the withdrawal is still at pending stage. The support does not respond to my emails anymore.
The reason I decided to invest with City Index is the staff told me they had an affordable spreads to all different trading instruments. I invested my $1000 and it was split to 3 accounts. Two of my accounts got drained after 6 months of trading. I tried everything just to save my deposits, but failed. As of this date, I only have $750 left in my account and I am planning to close my account. I hate to say this, I am not comfortable to recommend this broker to my friends.
I've lost almost $500 with unprofessional City Index on their web-based platform. As in my order, no TP or Sl works and these order didn't close in a profitable position. Besides their price quote is different than others and the platform doesn't allow EA trading. I think they are an unreliable broker, so I have decided to leave themselves.
It has been two months since I started trading with City Index via live account. When I was using a demo account, everything was so good. Stable platform, fast execution, and fixed spreads. But after opening a live account, that's when the problems started arising. The platform disconnects during news release, the spreads suddenly widen from 2 pips to 5 pips even during normal market condition. This broker is good only when no real money is involved.
