I have a $400 investment in a live trading account with Fidelis for six months. While my experience isn't good with their MT4 platforms. As Always my order didn't execute orders on time and the EA didn't work too. Besides their payment gateway is offshore and withdrawals fees. So I think Fidelis isn't suitable for me.
I have been trading with Fidelis for over a year. Until now, I feel satisfied with their client support because they are always fast in responding and know how to bond with clients. Since I joined Fidelis, I have had a stable income of more than $500 monthly. Thanks to their trading platform, it has instant execution to place my order and execute on the right positions. Their spread is also low and fixed. Their SL is also working nice. Overall satisfied, that's why until now I still trading at Fidelis broker. They also have low trading costs and don't have a hidden commission. I would highly recommend Fidelis to all traders or my friends.
I have had a very rough go with Fidelis. Speads are very large during news publishing time. Unreliable trading platform and offer very low leverage. However, in terms of execution, most of the time I have to wait more than half minutes for my order to be processed. Another thing is that deposit funding may take more than two weeks.
I started with a demo account at Fidelis and they were generous enough for not putting a time limit on the use of the account. That is why I was really able to practice until I am ready. Now that I am trading with them for real, I can say that the experience is excellent. They delivered the services they promised and I am able to trade smoothly.
Fidelis is a recommended broker. The platform they provide is so great, good quality, fast order execution, low spreads, and easy to use. I didn't get requotes so far.
