xDirect is too reliable for me, As I can deal automatically with the EA and it run well. So I am profitable with their fixed spread. Also, the MT4 platforms have high-tech tools with stable servers in the market. I have earned $450 so far. I prefer to deposit or withdraw via the Skrill payment system within a day. So xDirect is the best option for me.
I have a bad trading experience with xDirect about withdrawal. I made a profit of $540, then I wanted to withdraw it, and I can't withdraw it via Neteller due to some verification. I called their client support team regarding withdrawal issue and they asked me to wait. Until now, I don't understand and I have been waiting for 2 weeks. They don't serve clients well. It's hard for me to trust them after this problem. The money and profits I made are still stuck there. Now I'm still waiting, I just want my money back and for sure will stop using this broker for my trading.
I cannot say anything bad about xDirect broker. Their spreads are very low and execution is amazing. Great platform and problems with re quotes is just easily solved by setting deviations. I'm working with my EA and everything is smooth. My trading profit is much better with them. Overall, I am very happy.
No, I will never open an account at xDirect again. This broker only looks reliable on their website but their services are disappointing. I had so much difficulty making my trades because their platform kept freezing and the spread kept changing reaching up to 17pips.
xDirect is not a reliable broker. I have put a deposit and started to trade with them. I made $655 profit. Once I made $500 withdrawal request from my profit, something happened in my account. I realized that they froze my account. I have called customer service many times, they keep telling that they are still investigating and I have been waiting for a month now. My money and profit are still stuck there, and I have no idea when they will give it. It's really wasting time.
I had great time with them but now they are causing many problems to several of its users. They keep on hiding rules and then if any one breaks it. How can we know any rule if its hidden and only told upon breaking it. They don't reply to your emails or live chat.
I have to deal with an Islamic Forex Trading Account with xDirect brokers, but they have failed to give me a reliable and stable platform. As I have found fake price quotes on their platform, which is different from the current market and my order goes in the opposite direction So I can't apply scalping trading. Also, their payment service through Skrill is full of harassment in my forex trading life. That's why I am so shocked by xDirect brokers!
I loss nearly to $540 in a trade because of faulty on MT4 platform. I was totally disabled by the system to close my order position manually. When I contacted to support division they were not responsive even lack of professionalism while dealing with their own client. It was really disappointing to work with X Direct. I stoped my trading already.
I am not patient anymore with the treatment that really does not care about their own customers. I don't get anything every time I trade. They have stolen all of my profit, and have blocked access to the account. I log into live chat, their client support told that they cancel my profit and blocked my account because I used EA on news time. I asked them to send me the clause but he did not reply me and closed the conversation. So I would say don’t waste your money and time here.
xDirext has a very low minimum initial deposit requirement and I think this is one of the factors that attracts new clients. However, I did not like the performance of their platform. It is very shaky and the price movement is sometimes delayed. Or orders are also not often executed even when the price already reached my desired amount. The other features are quite average but I must say that profit rate in this broker is a little low.
