FX 77 platform is awesome and their execution is almost live. Besides I, 've found low spread and many built-in charting tools in this web platform too. Also, I, 've found live economic news, and technical analysis too. which has given me a smart trading platform in the market. I want to trade with FX 77.
They need a serious personnel revamp and the HR Department should learn to hire people with good work ethics at least. They are totally unprofessional and not helpful at its best and just plain rude at its worst. I’ve asked for my withdrawal. Instead of helping and showing concern, they kept on telling me that it’s my fault. platform service disruption when you actually make correct trades, what else should i include that all of you forex retail traders don't know already. It seems that they’re only after your money and when they can’t get your money, you’re no longer as important.
I have six months trading experience with FX77 and no problem with their system. Their One Touch option is good and payments are up to 90%, withdraws are fast enough. They also have many bonus and contest programs which I can get more profit for my account.
The problem with FX 77 is that they are not very responsive. I have been with this broker for a couple of months already and I tried raising a few concerns about the issues in the platform but they only ignore my messages.
Last week I make a request for withdrawal. The delay is very unacceptable. They don't even let me know what may have happened. They don't apologize for their mistakes. Then they will charge you every time you withdraw the profits in all payment systems they provide.
I have been enjoyed dealing with FX77 broker on their MT4 platform. Always I get fast order execution with tight spread. So I didn't get any slippage and no re-quotes. Also, I can manage my order and position by the management tools, as I didn't miss the target price. FX77 has given me a reliable withdrawal service so far. As I can withdraw my profit via Neteller account within a day. So I say the FX77 platform and service makes me satisfied.
Opening an account at FX 77 is easy. They even requires a low initial deposit. However, their spreads are too high. I had one experience wherein the trade went up to 16pips. As a small trader, it would be impossible for me to earn if the spread is that high. Especially since I prefer short-term trading. It would be better if you will just look for a better broker than this.
