I have been trading with Ingot and I have had a smooth trading experience for the last four months. I found a variety of tools and dealing is perfect positions. The spreads are firm, and the server is extremely quick. Their trading terminal works fine and there are no commissions or delays. I am satisfied with Ingot so far.
I think to close my account, but I really hope they can fix the system and be a honest broker. I don't like their platform. It isn't easy to use. Server goes down often too. The customer services are not fast response. Many my complaint is not processed and they don't take responsibility. I checked my account, balance of deposit was only $1220, another $380 was deducted as a brokers fees. I can't trade normally at all, very bad execution speed. This broker is awful. Execution is very slow and it makes you loose money, orders are not executed properly. They always play against you.
I have to say that Ingot provides with great trading environment, along with excellent spreads. Very user friendly had some issue with validating my account but customer service addressed the issue and quick quotes, no slippage. I didn't face any kind of payment problem, withdrawal done within one day. The best part is that they are regulated under ASIC. So no doubt, they are the best broker in the world!
I loved my trading experience at INGOT. This broker has favorable trading conditions. The only problem is their slow processing of withdrawals. I made two withdrawals from them and I had to wait for almost two weeks just to receive the money.
I was never interested in this broker. The smallest deposit was unreasonable. And my friend has proven that this broker is not good for traders. Both professional traders and beginners. My friend can't set his desire position so far, always his orders executed 30 to 40 sec delay and I fall 1o to 20 pips requotes, sometimes the platform is too busy or disconnected from the server.
I have seen that Ingot broker has regulation from ASIC and I have experienced a professional service and platform with them so far, which is essential for me to make a successful trade. As they have instant order executions and low spread in the market. I prefer their live chart and analytical tools on the platform. Ingot Brokers doesn't charge deposit or withdrawal fees, so I have satisfied with their reliable payment service. overall Ingot broker is cool.
