IronFx has a bogus platform, As always I have found a fake price quote and slippage position so far. As a scalper I had lost almost $100 investment in a micro account, After the huge loss, I avoided trading with IronFx broker.
I'm so disappointed to trade with IronFx. They are very unprofessional and not trustworthy. Here I invested $1000 on 15th January 2017 then my account manager from IronFx forced me to deposit $3000 and increase it to $4000 for VIP treatment as soon as possible. When I deposited $3000 I lost $722 on a GBP/USD trade so I want to withdrawal my $4278 and waited for three days and a week but never got my money back. So I asked my account manager from UFX about this matter but he didn't receive my phone call. He just disappeared and I understand this is a trick with me. So beware all traders.
Actually, I am not happy with IronFx. Their client staff does not exist when I need them and run by very rude and incompetent people. Trading terminal is unreliable and servers always gets hangs. Having slippage is normal especially when there is an upcoming news. Withdrawal takes long much time. My last withdrawal of $370 takes 28 days to be processed. Waste of my time and money.
Do not open an account at IronFX. This broker will never return your money once you deposit it to them. They would even try to ask you for more deposits. I have been fooled by this broker already. So please, stay away from it.
I have bad trading experience with IronFX. I started to open an account and trading with them. For the last two months, I really had bad experience. At first, it was just a few glitches and lags but then after a few weeks, it crashed frequently, and open positions were closed on losing price point. I lost a lot of money due to that. And I have another bad experience, the support team ignored my complaint. They didn't even reply to my email. I want to withdraw the rest of my fund there and closed my account. I don't trust them anymore for my trading activities.
This broker 's system is very slow. I find it difficult to take the advantage should I get. No corrective action of this broker. The 1:500 max leverage is causing me to adjust my trading strategy, and I really didn’t want to do that. Non-regulated broker, with poor technical support.
First I want to withdraw my money, it takes a week. They only reasoned and wasted time. I won't be long to quit Iron Fx soon. I am so disapointed in with the their system. I'd like to withdraw all my money. And moving to the other broker.
I will not continue trading with Iron Fx again. They blame me for my loss. The truth is that their internet network is unstable. I lost $674. The amount is quite expensive for me. I've tried to contact support team many times using the live chat but no one answer me. There is always the same message saying the support person is still with other customer and ask me to wait. If they not fix in in this week, maybe I'll close my account and find other brokers. just be careful.
I started to trade with this broker few months ago but I had to leave it because they put several problems when you want to withdraw earnings. Deposit process was good and fast but when I requested a withdrawal they asked for documents and I did sent documents when I verified my account, so I don’t understand why the reason is. Anyway, I sent again the documents they wanted but they rejected them all the time, so I have $400 in that account that I couldn’t withdraw so far.
I have suffered in trading with IronFx's MT4 platform. Till now I can't open or close my deals on time, always the price quote slipped 10 -20 pips. Therefore I can't customize an EA on the platform, I have tried but EA didn't work. As all of my orders go opposite, so I have lost almost $200 and trying to withdrawal rest invest and profits via Wire Transfer so far. But I am failed with IronFx broker. So I say they are not safe for trading in the market.
