I can't do automation trade with the FxTM broker, As their price is delayed on the MT4 platform. So I have failed to apply my EA trading strategy. As their platform didn't support some tools and manually can’t set my desired positions. It is difficult to enter or close orders due to server issues Therefore I say FxTM has a disappointing service in the market.
Right now, I am experiencing tons of troubles with FXTM. The live server is down for 15 minutes. Re-quotes, off-quotes, they blow my account. I’ve sent several e-mail to them regarding my problem, but they couldn't give a clear reply. Besides this, withdrawing profit extremely slow, my last withdrawal of $360 is still pending. I am a little concerned with the way they handle access to my funds.
Definitely, FXTM is one of the most reliable broker in our country. They have tight spreads, stable platforms, and a wide range of trading instruments. Speaking with their representatives also eases my mind because I know that I can depend on them.
I love my experience trading with FXTM. I use their MT4 platform, and it works well with fast order execution and no slippage at all, which makes it easy for me to place orders in my desired positions. Trading with FXTM is also profitable, I have made a profit many times and withdraw profit via MasterCard with a process in a day. My initial balance was $100, and now it's $890 after profitable orders. They also have no hidden commissions and always being transparent to the client. So, I'm satisfied. I opened a MT4 standard account, that is recommended for beginners like me, their execution is satisfactory and trading conditions are fair. I can say that this broker is reliable and transparent when it comes to cashing out, which is the most important thing for me.

My friend trading with Trade.com for almost 2 years and he said everything worked fine in his trading process and withdrawal profit. Based on his experience, 3 months ago I opened a trading account at this broker but I had an awful experience with this broker. I made a deposit saveral time about $900 but their spreads so vary and be too wide, I didn't this system because I lost half of my investment on several faulty orders in my withdrawal process. Too expensive broker, and I spent all my money paying fees, commissions and spreads. And now I have to be very careful when make deposit or I'll find another broker.
I am satisfied to trade on MT4 platforms in a standard account with FXTM broker. As I have set an EA for scalping and EA works well on zero spread account. Overall I didn't face hang this EA so far! Besides their advanced trading platform helps me to make a decision fast by their profitable signal and analysis. Till now My fund reaches $246 and I have withdrawn this profit within 4 hours via Skrill. I am satisfied with FXTM broker service and want to continue trade with them.
I have experienced STForex broker services for four months in 2018 and I have faced a lot of issue on the platform in trading time. The trade execution speed is too slow that my orders placed 10 to 40 pips differs from my elected position, I've tried to used an EA but the EA system didn't work too. So immediately I have closed my account and withdrawn my invest from them.
The first thing that I noticed about FXTM is their website. It is visually pleasing. The texts are big enough to be read easily and every element are placed strategically to not strain the eyes. Then, I also love the fact that their customer support is not only limited to the English language. They have localized customer support in some countries. I live in Malaysia and I speak to the rep in Malay. This allowed me to become more comfortable in explaining the problem I encountered because I am using my local language. And of course, it goes without saying that their platform is truly excellent.
