As for me, I'm fully satisfied with Hantec Markets broker. Currently I am using their Currenex trading platform and this is superior trading platform, Tight spreads, excellent execution and no slippage, For deposit and withdrawal, I am using UATP to transact, super fast and easy. I haven't encountered problems regarding customer service.
I don’t think to continue trade with them instead of just changing to other broker soon. At first when I started trading on the Hantec Markets platform with $1000, which I traded mostly on Gold, everything was going fine, not until I started experiencing an increase in spread, in which I complained to the customer support team and they keep giving me unreasonable excuses, as if that was not enough for 3 hrs I was unable to close my trades until they all went against me I lost $985.
Hantec markets' price quotes are live and I have found the fastest order execution on the MT4 platform. Also it is integrated with high technology tools. As the FX Asset Manager, FX White Label Broker functions, which is helpful to me. I can apply scalping strategies and my profit ratio is 60%. I have a reliable payment service too. So I am satisfied with the Hantec Markets broker.
Trading with Hantec Markets is not worth the investment. Their services are terrible. I have been having issues in my platform since last week and until now, they haven't done anything to fix it. I already sent a report multiple times but the only response I got is that they would check it. After that, there was no more update.
I don't like their sluggish way of working. They promised process should be done within 3 working days, by right even more than 5 days I still can’t see money bank in into account. They didn't follow their own rules listed on their website. They always sustained server issues, terminal losing connection multiple times with no explanation. Please do not trust them, if you don't want to give your money to donation, keep off. All of that is a form of manipulation that they often do.
I never understood what they said to me. Their analytical skills are very bad. So in the end it made me lose. I made too many deposits for this broker, and I lost it. I am looking for a new broker now because they started to give me huge slippages. The spreads seem to be very tight but in real market they often cheat.
I have experienced poor execution on the hantec market's platform. I was invested $100 in a standard account, but I had lost it due to fake prices and delays execution from the real market. So I can't apply the scalping strategies due to slippage. The worst things are the FX asset manager also failed to works. So I say Hantec Markets aren't a perfect broker.
I tried the demo account offered by Hantec Markets. I had a great experience. The platform was stable and my orders were executed well. They also provided daily market analysis and a few recommendations of which trading action could be most profitable. I also like their website as it is easy to navigate and looks really elegant. However, I was not able to start a real account because I couldn't afford their minimum initial capital. It is a waste that I couldn't trade with them when I know that this broker is a good one.

Delays on the platform MetaTrader 4, or crashing and taking my positions with it. I lost 15 pips on EUR/JPY because of the delays and I was unable to close my position. I called their support team, but they can't figure out why they have this delays because they see their server working fine. Well is not true. I lost $900 within the first 25 days. I will withdraw my funds because I can't trade in normal market conditions.
