I am so done with CMS Forex broker! They have been putting my funds on hold for two months now I started with $1000 capital and grew to to more than $1500 for six months. When I requested for the withdrawal of the $500, I was rejected. I sent another request and this time I was ignored. For the final request, I was told that they are investigating my account so I won't be able to withdraw anything. They didn't provide any clear reason for the investigation so I also don't know.
I started a managed account with CMS broker. I have been very satisfied with the customer service, the platform, the VT trader. Last month I had money urgency, so make a withdrawal request of $400 through Bank Wire they, But they did not send it yet. After investigate I found a lot traders face same issue. My advise is look elsewhere.
Highest level of caution for trading with CMS Forex. Last week I closed my EURUSD position after but when open my platform next day morning I found that . My position still open and doing into loss. Even I was unable to closed it. Immediately I contact with their support and inform about the issue then they closed my position annually. But the order already make losses $163. The worst thing is that they do not agreed to give compensation of my loss. I decided to close my account.
CMS Forex was introduced to me by my friend who, by that time, was trading with CMS for a year. He said that his experience with this broker was great. And on the same day we met, he also received the money he withdrew. So I witnessed that CMS is actually a legitimate broker. I immediately opened a live account. No need for a demo account since I've been trying that out a lot of times from different brokers. So I am familiar with trading already. Then I started trading. I was losing some, but also gaining some (even more). I also made some withdrawals already. Starting from a hundred bucks, to 300 then 500. Then recently when I filed a withdrawal request, (this time it's $1000), they asked for my source of fund and tax payments which I diligently submitted. But they still keep on delaying my request. They say that they've observed a suspicious activity in my account. But I have just been doing as I've done in the past 2 years so what's so suspicious in my trading activities? I talked to my friend about it and I found out that he also had the same problem. Also just recently when he tried to withdraw more that $2000. I hope they are not just making excuses to not give us our money because I have been happy with my whole experience with them until this incident. CMS, please don't let me lose my trust in you.
I've very bad experience with CMS Forex . During news releases spread on EURUSD and USDJPY are becoming ridiculous nowadays. Even yesterday only 8 later the CPI figures were released widen their spreads 20 pips on EURUSD pair. Their spreads are getting so ridiculous that it is impossible to profitably trade news releases. Another thing that irritating me that is their platform disconnects frequently. I will not deposit single penny with them anymore.
Now I am so boring trading in CMS. Initially I joined this broker because I liked the low spread for EUR/USD of 3 pips. after trading with a minimum deposit of $ 200, I always only get a profit of 15% to 25% of the deposit amount. In addition, the bonus they promised in the website and promo also never I get. I once asked the support team, but they just reasoned that my account has not been able to get a bonus because of the type of standard account. This is unfair. So now I feel very tired of trading in CMS because there will be no increase in profits and I think the trading system is also not so good, because I often experience withdrawal failure until the account is frozen 2 times last month. I think I have to find another broker.
CSM forex is one of the worst brokers in the market. I opened a trading account two months ago with a deposit of 200$. I lost my funds because of their server which was crashing during volatility times. I called their support team non answer, if you do get an answer you are put on hold for 20 minutes then they hang the phone. I lost all my funds and I closed my account. I don't recommend this broker. Is a lost of time and money and nerves.
I joined this broker after I tested their demo account and worked fine. I opened a live account, deposited 400$ with PayPal. The platform VT Trader has delays in execution on live account, which in demo worked fine. I called their support team to help me with this issue, but they are unable. My trading with them during this couple of months was with major pairs EUR/USD, USD/CAD, USD/CHF, USD/JPY, USD/NZD and exotic pair USD/NOK. I lost my deposit and I will close my account because the trading conditions are very difficult.
it has been 5 month trading with CMS forex, all I can say that they are not best broker to choose because of spread that not competitive start 3 pips for major pairs make my pending orders not trigger because of this spread. Leverage that they give also not good enough which only can be set up to 1:400 only. Platform also no stable to use because sometimes execution become slow and sometimes freeze for few minutes during big economic event such as FOMC. Withdrawal and deposit I only get fast process only once then the rest always delayed up to 1 week. All in all this broker is not a suggested broker from me.
It’s very hard to trade with CMSForex because the execution order has delays 2-3 seconds during news high impact that make movement of the market so fast, also sometimes it crashes when I want to make instant order to layer my orders. I have report this issues with customer support but they can't help. I lost till now around 400 USD within a month trading with them. I deposited 2 times 200 USD with Paypal trying to generate profit with them but I lost all my deposit. I will not recommend this broker until they solve their issues I will close my account.
