I believe in JFD Brokers. Trading with them for over 10 months and everything is excellent. Execution is speedy and never had requotes. They have fast deposits and withdrawals system, my withdrawal usually takes two days to process. I think JFD Brokers will fit any trader from a newbie to an expert. Support is very helpful.
Their platform is a nightmare, it hangs a lot especially during news and to open/close a position you have to go through too many clicks. My stop loss price does not hit and lost my money. When I'm looking somewhere to invest in, very good customer support is always I will look for. When I receive an email from them after I asked a question, it will just be plain answers. Spreads are too high from time to time and there are requotes in trading platform all the time. Also, it's difficult to withdraw and deposit, all requests take too much time.
I am trading with the JFD broker in an ECN account and got the best execution on the Guidance platform. Really JFD is one of the best brokers with transparency and full regulation in Europe. My all orders commission is clearly separated from the interbank spread. I noticed everything is professional in the financial market.
The payment system of JFD is very limited. Even though I wanted to open an account with them because of their persuasive representative, I still couldn't because they don't accept my preferred payment method. I hope they would do something about it because for me, it is an inconvenience.
I am no longer surprised to see so many negative comments. They are very messy in all aspects. I had an experience that cost me $ 4,600 without a single drop on my account. I complained about about EUR/USD having 350 pips, which is fake and not real, because other brokers have different one, all they could say is that they will find out what went wrong that I should stop complaining about irrational issue. I think you all can't imagine?
I have never experienced profits at this broker. They do not have a quality platform. And I also cannot understand the analysis they provide. The biggest problem of you guys are trading without really taking care about risk warnings. I was upset the moment they took all deposits without taking any consideration.
I am afraid to deal with the AgenaTrader platform with JFD broker. As I have lost $250 in a standard account due to the bad order execution and server error. Also, I have tried Guidance platform too but it is built-in German language. I say JFD broker is disgusting in the market, as they rise their spread any time. SoI have withdrawn my rest investment and the payment is full of harassment.
This broker always make me dissapointed. The first trading I invest with $1000, and got no profit. But I still invest for the second time with $800. Their leverage also not competitive as the maximum leverage can be set up is 1:200 and it will give me disadvantage in open position will have a limit. I loss around $700 because of their platform that freeze. I hope that they can fix this problem and will give me some compensation if they can’t give me full amount of my loss.
JFD is fraud broker. I am trading with an EA that trades new releases and my account growing very well but I have been facing server disconnection problem since last months. They said fixed server problem, but I am still getting requotes, need at least 30 second for execution. Is that joke? Due to manuplication at their end I have decided to close my account. I have made withdrawal request of $300 to my card account. But till today I have not received my money. I repent why I joined . Such a bad broker.
JFD Brokers was very unfair! I trusted them completely, believing that they would never lie to their clients nor deceive us. I simply wanted to invest my money on something and found this broker. They have me high hopes and I was looking forward to the future of my investment. But as it turns out, they are trading against us causing some of our losses.
