I'm trading on Tradesto platform but recently I've found some uncertain activities, which can be harmful to me. As they cancelled my profitable order by the EA. So I can't make a profitable deal. I think that they are market maker broker so they actively trade against their customers. I have lost my MT4 platform's connection too. I tried a dozen of withdrawals via Neteller account but I've failed. Actually, TradeFxP didn't care about their customer. So I wanted to move to another broker.
Tradesto gives me a professional service in the market, their MT4 platform is comfortable and profitable to me. Their execution is fast, the spread is competitive, platform Integrated with many trading tools, the platform can be customized with many plugins. That's Why the Tradesto broker is the best option for me.
WITHDRAWAL VERY SLOW!
I made my request close to a month ago but every time I write to customer service, they say that they are ‘doing checks’. They even used an automated reply to my last email when I asked about a timeline for the ‘checks’. How can there be no timeline for checks to be conducted? And what ‘checks’ are these? Why are brokers releasing withdrawals faster but not Tradesto? Terrible service and even more horrible customer service.
Deposits are processed very fast but withdrawal service is APPALLING!
Tradesto is not a reliable broker. They are just market players. I have seen a lot of different prices with the market. I have suffered on trading with them, as their platform has worst execution and pricing chart, where my order didn't execute on the right position. it always delayed 20 to 40 sec, so my position differed 10 to 40 pips. That's why I have lost a lot of money. Their withdrawal system also delays to my payment too. So it's clear that Tradesto is not a reliable and good broker.
Tradesto is a authentic broker’s I have been trading here since November. I tried with my paid EA on two live accounts both are on making profit regularly. On the first account, I use Scalping EA and my $ 440 account was increased with to $621 within 82 trades. Another $300 account is also increased by $ 236 just in 57 trades. I already withdraw $ 400 from my 1st account via bitcoin they send it into my account within same days. I am quite satisfied with Tradesto.
Tradesto would have been a great broker if they did not have wide spreads. Honestly, I can say that they have the smoothest platform that I tried. The order execution is fast, there are no bugs, and it can handle high volatility. But their spread is really just too high. It gets unreasonable already and I don't think it is worth investing in anymore.
The website is slow af, fund in account is fast but withdrawal is very slow, each internal transfer request eg trading to wallet is slow!
At first the introducer introduce me say until very good about their company, but a nightmare aft. I invest my money into what so call royal profits investment program, at first it was ok but aft that more and more ongoing loses even reach -200 one time, they don't even care about your account!
I know the risk of trading, but its not like that! Recently i made a unsubscribe from that investment due to too much loses, the money are still not appear in my money wallet. It take days to appear in your wallet and weeks for you to request to ur bank!
If you want invest in copy trade, go invest in other more reliable broker.
Join from Msia CK Group, someone named Wong Yik Sheng. Saying if wanna join them must have at least USD5000. I told him I had no money, so I could only join 3000.
Within a week of joining their EA, all 3000 gone. They never do stop lost, they tried to play with d money inside. At first they sold gbp, then they bought gold, but when gbp went up n gold went down, they kept opening trades. Until margin call, d account trades by themselves n there gone my hard earn money.
They r using this kinda methods to scam money into their own pocket.
Left a few dollars inside, d withdrawal was very slow, took more than a week even I already verified my bank account.
They round down the money inside. I withdrew some dollars n 62 cents, but I got an exact round figures.
Customer service rep VERY rude. They wrote email without addressing ppl.
