ADS Securities LLC is a company registered in accordance with the legislation of the United Arab Emirates in Abu Dhabi’s Economic Development Department (No. 1190047). The company’s headquarters is located on the 8th floor of a business center in Abu Dhabi.

According to the UAE legislation, an intermediary should hold at least 60% of the national shares pack and the minimum capital of a brokerage company should be one million dirhams (this sum can be increased up to 2-3 million depending on the business volume).

The broker has representative offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, and London. The UK-based office is licensed by the Financial Conduct Authority. The office in Hong Kong is controlled by the Securities and Futures Commission.

Prime Lite has protection from negative balance, does not charge any commissions, and provides its holders with access to educational materials and the MT4 Prime platform.

The minimum deposit starts from $100 on Prime Lite and totals up to $20,000 on Prime Elite.

Leverage

The leverage of 1:500 is available for currency trading; and of 1:200, for trading metals and CFDs.

Spreads and commissions

The company offers both fixed and floating spreads; there are accounts with and without commissions. In general, spreads are above the average in the industry. The spread for EUR/USD makes up around 1.5 – 2.0 pips with most brokers and 2.4 pips with ADS Securities.

The spread for EUR/USD on the ADS Securities demo account is 1.7 pips.

Trading platform

The main available platform is popular MetaTrader 4. Through it, trading can be conducted on a PC and mobile devices.
