Bacera is a professional broker with well-mannered services and they surpassed my expectations. I have been trading with them for around eight months with no complaints, execution is stable, no requotes, no disconnection problems, and the order never delayed. They are giving me a 30% profite. Bacera is an excellent broker for me. Everything else is all good.
I don't like their trading conditions and platform quality. Their MT4 platform is working so slowly even with high spreads and has an actual price. I have been trading with Bacera broker for 4 months in EUR/USD and USD/CHF currencies. I can't set my order in my desired position, and the execution is always delayed. I have never earned a profit since I joined them, even lost money here. So far, I'm fed up with my trading with them. My trading at Bacera broker is full of hassle.
Bacera is ab Australian broker, here I've found a good service and a satisfying trading platform. As my orders were almost executed instantly on the MT4 platform and I can trade perfectly with their 0.0001 pips spread for all other pairs. I've invested $250 dollars in a Standard Account and I applied a scalping strategy, which is much more effective for me. Till now I can make $370 profit at Bacera broker and I can make $150 withdrawn through the bank within two days. So I say, Bacera is a good broker.
Bacera charges high trading fees. I am a beginner and it overwhelms me that I am unable to close my trades because most of the profit will only go to the fees. Even with the smallest lot size, the fee is still too high.
I'm so disappointed to trade with Bacera. They cheated me for my profit. Last week, I got a big profit of $400. I have sent a withdrawal request of $350, but they canceled the process even canceled all my profit. Now, I couldn't access my trading account. It seems they froze my account either. One thing I would recommend them that is they need to increase their Leverage, 1:400 is very low compare to other broker. Except this I'm satisfied with this broker.
When it comes to trading experience, Bacera provides a good one. This broker is also regulated so I am not worrying about the security of my funds. However, the problem is that they do not have an excellent customer service. Their representatives take a while before answering in the live chat. On email, it sometimes takes days before they respond. Customer relation is very important so I hope they improve on it.
