I really appreciated Gallant broker. I had been trading a micro account at Gallant Capital Market broker. I like their average 0.1 pips spreads and 1.0 – 1.5 pips spreads on EUR/USD pair. Especially their MT4 platform execution is fast and stable. I also like their low spread and I even have positive slippage on some large trades. I am really happy when I tried also some of the tools on the MT4 platform and my favorites are technical analysis indicators, advanced charting tools, extensive back-testing options, and a wide range of Expert Advisors (EAs). Till now I have been made $500 profits without any troubles with them and i have made 250$ successful cash withdrawals via wire transfers. So Gallant are trusted broker and recommendable.
I have trading with Gallant for two months and their trading condition is ok. The terminal is working fine, the order is executed, no brakes. During these period I made almost 500 trade and my 83% order closed with the profit. However last week when I put a withdraw request of $450 they blocked my account. When I contact with their support and they said they are investigating my account and my money source. I am still waiting for the result of the investigations. I have not faced such kind of problem with my previous broker. Can someone explain what happens?
I'm not happy once this broker is not reliable. Gallant makes obstacles to profit and withdrawal of money. I strongly recommend you to choose another broker. What this broker have done to me is not fair, they auto closed my orders, changed stop out, closed order at wrong prices without any explanation. i lost more then 2,000 dollars and support simply ignores all my requests and complaints. Bad service and bed reputation.
I have traded for 8 months with Gallant. After few months, I start to ask for withdrawal, and there starts the real problems to appear. First 2 times, I requested withdrawal where almost fine with some delay on the second one. When I closed my account few days ago and requested for withdrawal and until now still the status is pending and they didn't reply on my emails. The previous withdrawal took one month exactly and each time they come up with an excuse, the first excuse was please to provide us with your bank account and not the Master card which we transferred to the money. After 15 days, they asked more information about my bank account which was not required on the withdrawal form. Then they said sorry the bank account they provided was wrong. Therefore, I sent the same information and after one month I received the withdrawal. Now I’m waiting my money when I closed the account and I got no respond from their side so far.
Great broker, they have helped me to increase my account, not like some brokers
that love exploiting their clients, they make free VPS for all accounts, to top it up they have
a good customer support.
Gallant is unreasonable broker in determining the minimum deposit for join with them, the amount that they set is very high, especially for traders who are still newbie. I initially thought with a their very high minimum deposit it can show that they are a professional brokers and can serve traders with very good. But my supposition was wrong, their high minimum deposit contrast with their employees services, their services are very bad especially their customer support was extremely unethical, bad attitude, and makes me angry when asking to withdraw process.
I have just opened a live account with Gallant and so far so good. The communication has been nice. I can make profits, and request for a withdrawal. For now, it is positive and I will keep my fingers crossed. I have received prompt replies to all my questions and issues.
Fast response and they really solve our problem fast. They also have a great VPS service. I am currently using it for trade.
Personally, I would prefer a EU regulated broker, but for testing is OK. Their server power should be increased, as the connection is down very often. Low spreads.
Gallant is a stable and reliable broker. They have high execution speed, everything is cool. They are one of the best companies for service. Especially tech support guys: every time I need help I get help, even on weekend. You’ll like it. I'd like to recommend it to everybody.
