I've been trying 3 brokers, at last I found the best one, that is Juno Markets, a very good brokerhich have. They are very transparent in their business. MT4 platform is great. This broker is so good that they reverse my position if my trade was not executed properly.
It has been a week I am waiting for their approval for my request withdrawal $500 via wire transfer. They still hold my money and keep telling it will be process as soon as possible but nothing happen for a week already. I keep follow up my withdrawal status, but always said the same thing. Trading activity does not give me a big problem but sometimes platform will freeze for 5 minutes and the execution is being slowly. I hope that they will transfer my money and improve the flaws so that I don't have to find another broker.
Juno Markets gave me a better result on their MT4 Platform. I have got a fixed spread, which is the best for my scalping trade and I can place any deal in perfect position, as order execute instant. Also, I've found a live pricing chart, profitable technical analysis too. Therefore, I have experienced the best service with Juno Markets so far.
They are just plain scammers! No wonder they change their name every year, to avoid lawsuits. Unresponsive, especially when you ask questions that would reveal transparency. I couldn't access my trading account an hour ago. When I asked them why, they told me to contact the other. I was uncomfortable with this broker since 2 months ago. They always stall for time and seem to be throwing mistakes. I don't recommend this broker to anyone. Because the platform loses its connection during heavy trading hours.
After opening an account at Juno Markets and depositing money, an emergency happened in my family and I had to withdraw the money. Sadly, the broker took months before releasing it. This should not be the case because when I deposited money, it only took a day. Why did the withdrawal take months?
