Land-FX has a disappointing platform, where my EA didn't work due to a fake price. Always order executed delay. As a day trader, making a profit is impossible. I experienced withdrawal problems too. I received the money in two weeks.
The deposit and withdrawal process always successful on time. I'm totally satisfied with Land Fx. To be honest, it is a little difficult to get through their live chat but once you get in touch with a representative, all your concerns would be addressed. They are very friendly and polite. I got best result only with Land Fx Last month my balance have jumped from $1450 to $2000. The only point need to improve it withdrawal time. Overall am very satisfied with them. A trusted broker that I would recommend.
My experience with Land-FX broker has been terrible. Servers are unreliable and always going down or offline. Their customer support is almost non-existent and when I do finally get a reply it is often short and rude. I've since closed my account and am moving on. I cannot recommend this broker in anyway.
I have recently opened an account at Land-FX. Their customer representatives are very responsive and approachable. Even though I am a beginner, I am not lost in my trading activities because I am well-guided by the company.
I have a standard account with a first deposit of $700. Usually I traded medium term trades and short term during the night. My profit is on average $450 a month and to withdraw is easy. I also use a bot for scalping which is helpful. I recommend the broker because is reliable. This is the highest achievement in my 8 months trading life. I have not yet made a withdrawal, therefore I cannot comment on that. Thus far I have only positive words for this broker.
I have traded in a Micro account with Land-FX broker for two months. but my trading experience is awful on the MT4 platform. Because it was hung suddenly and I can't open or close any orders. So slippage is a common issue and EA trade is impossible. Also, their payment service is full of harassment. I can't withdraw my rest investment $540 via Skrill and their support convince to me, stay with them. I say no more trading with Land-FX broker. I have found that they are blacklisted in New Zealand authorities. So I am disappointed with Land-FX broker.
