I am dealing with a live account with Lmax platforms. Trading is simple, the platform is user-friendly, and here I got an outstanding order execution. Also, the platform builds in some awesome tools too. I have withdrawn my profits through Skrill. I'm very impressed with the Lmax.
LMAX is worst broker ever I have traded with. Yesterday I placed an order on USD/JPY and 45 minutes latter market moves in the opposite way so I was trying to close the position but I was unable because the platform crashed. Even I tried with their web platform here also same situation. I lost over $1315 just in one trade. I also contact with their support via live chat but they refuse to accept that was their platform problem. So I would not recommend this broker.
I have a very good experience with LMAX! Spreads are reasonable Execution is quick and customer service is attentive on the occasion that I have used has been quick responsive and also professional. Using their MasterCard for transfer money, it really is a no hassle on the client part in depositing and or withdrawing funds.
LMAX promised to provide favorable trading conditions but when I started an account with them, I was only disappointed. The broker had a terrible trading platform and they charge high fees on all transactions. Good thing they let me close my account and take my remaining funds back.
Website is poor, their platforms are terrible. My fx bank has bad functions and is very difficult to withdraw money. I couldn't manage my orders properly because of the bugs that always popping up. Very useless! The Support team were unreachable since yesterday. There are periods when you keep getting off quotes error messages, even when volatility is not very high.
My trading is profitable on the Lmax platforms because I get many trading advantages on the platform, which is build-in analytical tools, indicators and EA. Also, their service is awesome, As I am comfortable dealing with themselves. Almost their spread is tight and execution is instant. As I can earn $250 so far and I have satisfied with their payment through the Neteller account. Overall I say Lmax broker is reliable!
