I am facing tethering issues with X Open Hub. They are a fraud. 2 months ago I requested a $1000 withdrawal, and they blocked my account saying it has been blocked due to unusual activity. I couldn't withdraw my funds from this broker, and the support didn't respond to me at all. It ends I lose my $1000. Never trade X Open Hub.
I am satisfied with trading with X Open Hub, As they gave me a better service and stable platform in the market so far. I’ve invested $500 and traded without any issue. I found their withdrawal process is the fastest and I am able to withdraw my profit within two hours. So I will step towards them.
I have experienced their platform. The platform is sucks, so much delays, and sometimes hang. It's been a hard time when I was trading with X Open Hub broker. Also, their price is different as in the market. They don't provide real prices. Their support team also uneducated and not friendly. They ignore my calls, even my emails. I was trading with them for 2 months then I closed my account. They are not a reliable broker. They are only dragging traders to loss.
I am new in forex trading. X Open Hub has Great educational webinars for beginner. They do seem to be interested in my making a profit. Account opening was very easy. Very nice support team, helped me install the platform and understand how to place trades. I think their commissions are very reasonable, execution top-notch and spreads constantly tight.
I shouldn't have opened an account at X Open Hub. I only wasted my money on a company that does not even seem to care about their clients. I invested $500 on this broker but their platform is just too faulty to make a decent trade. On top of that, the customer support does not respond to my messages. I have been reporting the issue but they keep ignoring it. As of now, I am waiting for my money to be released because I already requested to withdraw all of my money.
