I started out with FxFinPro 2 months from now. Deposited with $140 to test them out. 2 weeks of trading it was okay but the next week after it was horrible. I tried to be patient for a month and complained about their slow server and said that they will fix it but I don't think they took it seriously. They also seem to have low spread, but spread changes all the time and gets widen suddenly. They said it was because of poor liquidity but I know they were just making lame excuses and i am tired of hearing it. These brokers which are supposed to be regulate cheat more than others who aren't.
I opened an account with them according to their minimum account size to try my luck with FxFinPro last month. I am a scalper and I hate brokers with slippage. At first they were fine until yesterday, the first order spread in in normal but the next orders went higher from 2pips to 20 pips at normal maket. I would understand if the market i enetered is volatiole but I think something is not right. It was a very terrible slippage and I dont want to experience this again so i will withdraw all my funds and look for another broker.
Although the spread is floating, I never had any problem during the traffic news. This is the only broker I trust in. I appreciate the low leverage available for trading and instant execution of orders. Easy trading and easy system. Customer service is always ready to help if you have any doubt. I wish them to continue serving their clients better.
I use FXFINPRO CAPITAL for 1 year. Money within 3 days is speed. Very good live chat and support. Has a low spread for Majors in New York and London session. Open trade is fast and good. But when closed in profit is sometimes difficult to close trade. Not suitable for scalping.
A lot of people practice with fxfinpro capital broker, but i am dissapointed with it. Don't pay your attention to prepaid reviews about nice execution. It is not better than by many other brokers, even worse. When i open trades, execution is ok, but when i start growing balance then they're definitely playing with execution because terminal hangs for long time. By the way, i often get spreads increased while trying close orders, though they claim that spreads are fixed. Too many spread widenings as to be just because of market. I had already several withdrawals that were provided within the specified limits, although there were only small sums of money. I have doubts whether i should accumulate some more, because i care about my funds. So those who wants to trade for negative balance farther, welcome to this company.
Fxfinpro has a limited leverage. I have a ECN professional account and the leverage depends on trading instrument and some of the trading instruments are not still available. I also tried to trade the Index such as UK 100(FTSE), Germany 30 Mini (DAXmin) and Japan 225(Nikkei) and the minimum order size of contracts is only set to 1. :( I was expecting that they do not have any limits. Aside from this, I also noticed that the trading condition of their PAMM ACCOUNTS is not good. Some of the rules are not properly explained. I have a PAMM account and opened it last year to attract some clients and I only got 10% from my investors. It says on their agreement that a manager can earn 20%. The information on their site is misleading. They do not have a fair profit distribution.
To Parolles: if you have any problems with this kind - please send us a letter with description of a problem. Seems like this is a fake review our company did not have any problems with withdrawing client's profits!
Their spreads are tight, execution spot-on with no unpleasant surprises, depositing and withdrawing funds is a breeze, but most of all: their customer support is first class.
Nowadays, it’s hard to find a reliable broker and I got out of there right quick with my previous brokers. They tell me one thing and before I know it my hard earned money’s gone. FXFINPRO CAPITAL is opposite and that’s why I’m with them. I have traded with FXFINPRO CAPITAL for 2 years and I have not come across any major issues.
tried to talk to their support them and they only told me to wait and many times they will be off as many as 4-5 pips. I have been upset as to how my profits are going. I can't withdraw the profits I made.
