The website is slow af, fund in account is fast but withdrawal is very slow, each internal transfer request eg trading to wallet is slow! At first the introducer introduce me say until very good about their company, but a nightmare aft. I invest my money into what so call royal profits investment program, at first it was ok but aft that more and more ongoing loses even reach -200 one time, they don't even care about your account! I know the risk of trading, but its not like that! Recently i made a unsubscribe from that investment due to too much loses, the money are still not appear in my money wallet. It take days to appear in your wallet and weeks for you to request to ur bank! If you want invest in copy trade, go invest in other more reliable broker.

Liked the City Broker trading platform, but since I tried to withdraw some money, I am having a horrible experience with City Broker. On 25 June 2019 I put in my request to withdraw $600 via QIWI, but they I cancelled my withdraw request. Immediately I send a mail to their customer support and they told me I cannot withdraw more than 500$ at a time. Two days later I request for withdrawal of $500 until today the withdrawal is still at pending stage. The support does not respond to my emails anymore.

I traded in live account at Alpha Forex with $2500. When my equity reached $890, I tried to close 4 trades which were in profit but even after 2 days of constant trying I could't close as I was getting the message "off quotes". After 2 days, my equity dropped to $250, the trades are still not closing. I never saw the spreads so high like Alpha Forex brokers.I have confessed 100% true.There is no meaning of trading with them. I would not recommend it unless you want to lose your pants.

I had opened an account with Gainsy Broker and I transferred $700 to their bank account. It’s been days that the money never reflected in the Gainsy Broker account. After several mails and chat sessions, they finally say that the money has been returned. They have wasted my time, they have not refunded the money. My experience at MXTrade was not pleasant. For one, their platform often crashed. I had some open positions before that were closed at a losing position because of the problems in the platform. I end up losing a huge amount because of that. When I closed my account, I had a small balance remaining in my account. Thankfully, the broker still released my money.

The customer support of MFX is the worst in this broker. I guess that is because they really had no plan on talking to their clients again after they take our deposits. They sounded very sincere and dependable when I was talking with them before I opened an account. This is also the reason I decided to start an account with them. Because they appeared to be worth the trust. But as it turns out, they only intended to scam their clients.

Years have already passed but it is just impossible to forget about what St. Binary broker did to me. My initial back then was $250 and my account manager was trying to force me to add more fund in my account. The way they talked with their clients was sophisticatedly rude. Back then, I did not realize that they were being rude to me. I only thought that it was their way to motivate me to do better. But now, looking back, I can see that they implicitly stepped over me through their words. They told me I was incompetent just because I refused to deposit money again. This broker is unforgivable.
