Actually, I am not so happy to trade with 365 FX. They have a lot of slippage. Very poor platform and problems with the payment of money! Sometimes terminal not responding. mean you cannot open, close the order at all. Customer service very slaw and sometimes they do not reply to your questions.

You are keep calling me asking me why I wanna withdraw but no-one does anything. can you tell me what the hell is going on ? because I am loosing my patience.
Calling me every second day asking stupid questions promising my withdrawal will be processed in 48Hrs. What a load of bullocks. nothing more than scammers. I will be taking legal actions if this does not get sorted within a week.

I can't trade on 365 FX's platform, As my orders didn't execute where want or live price. As I got 5 to 10 pips slippage and losing some profits, also EA didn't work well too. So till now, I've lost $200 with 365 FX in a mini account. Indeed their service didn't improve, no one can run their trading with 365 FX Brokers.
I have often felt the profit from my trading results with this broker. 365 Fx is a good broker, they will not fail and drain the deposit. Two days ago, there was an issue with my MT4, I got a quick assistance from the Support team and my problem had been resolved by them. I have a good spread (0.0 pips) and EA that scalps me many pips, so far no issues or slippage problems. I made some money and withdrew and got money back next day to my credit card, so far I am pleased with their speed. Minimum deposit is good so newbies can get access to forex market easily.
I started an account at 365 FX a few weeks ago. So far, the experience is going really well. They have very tight spreads and I must say that their customer support team are very friendly. They are easy to contact and they make sure to answer every question I have.
