Stay away from this scam broker!!!!! A typical market maker broker pretending to be an STP broker. I have traded with them as a client and referred clients to them as an IB and I had terrible experiences with this broker. If they offer you bonus then make sure you lose your funds on their platform because if you are profitable they will cut down your profit/withdrawal after a short time of trading with them. Besides, whether you take bonus or not, their mt4 server always goes dead as soon as market gets volatile meaning preventing your EA from working properly and preventing you from closing your trades either at a loss or at profit.
I have a real account with ACFX, and have been trading since 2015 until now. My first deposit was $1.750 and I got $550 profit in 3 weeks, then I withdrew all the money $2.300 and in a few hours I got a message from MoneyBookers that I had got $2.300 in my account. So I opened my MoneyBookers account and transferred all the amount to my bank account then within 2 days I checked my bank account and it already got in, about 20 million in Rupiahs. By the way, ACFX also provide us free VPS to run its MT4. And I'm still trading with ACFX until now. So I think ACFX is Excellent. Double thumbs up!!
Until now, ACFX wouldn't refund my money, they stole my money, they always hold my money. They always say please try again, try again, and try again. I've followed all the requirements that they set when I want to withdraw. My email never they response seriously, and their customer support is very annoying, never provide the best solution for my problem.
Until now, I haven't received my withdrawal request. I sent numerous email but I got no response since this date. I this company is a trash.
ACFX is supportive. Withdrawal via same platform is quick and simple. Withdrawal of dollar 450 and 500 hardly took a day to process. The platform of ACFX is great and they offer an expert assistance to the traders according to the changing market conditions. They are really supportive in making the trading strategy.
Quite low spreads, I like that. They also offer segregated accounts, which makes me feel more secure. So far, I’ve had a few questions and problems, and their customer support wasn’t exactly helpful and they did not answer in time.
Hello, i want to tell you my bad experience with this broker. They have very very bad customer service. they don´t solve customers problems and don´t answer to your questions.
I have been trading stocks for a number of years and I just got into forex. I think ACFX is far better than most of other brokers I compared them too. Overall the spreads are good and the quality of the speed for orders is fast.
I waited a couple of weeks for them to process my withdrawal. No answers from their customer support and no explanations at all. It is also disappointing, that they don’t offer such a wide range of trading tools, as some of the leading brokers on the market.
This broker has variable spreads, and the plataform freezes, but my deposit worked well.
