Fair broker and I quite pleased of all services of AURA FX. Great execution., visual stop-loss moving is very helpful. Excellent platform with many features and Spreads are low. Customer service is great, always a quick response and resolution. I trade with this broker 1 year and I have nothing bad to say.
I am tired of trading with this broker because of their unprofessional systems. I got no response from them since I emailed them two weeks ago. Because of this, I have doubts about their integrity. They can only be silent and not able to explain it well. I will also soon move to another broker. Platform does not work properly, freezes very often and orders are not executed instantly as they say. Fake promo given to all traders, making traders fooled with all of their bid. I get a very big loss. I checked my account, balance of deposit was only $1220, another $1080 was deducted as a brokers fees. I can't trade normally at all, very bad execution speed. This broker is awful.
I have found the best pricing and service on the AURA FX's MT4 platforms. Also, the platform has many high tech functions, which is helpful for me. I've $300 in an account. Their spread is fixed, So I can dealing via expert advisors and its works well. The EA brings $100 profit last month. In fact, I didn't face any big issue with AURA FX so far.
The minimum initial deposit that AURA FX requires is a little too high for me. I wanted to experience trading with them because their services look amazing but I cannot risk that much money. If only they could offer a small account size, then I might be able to enter.
Aura Fx is easy in the begining but will be fraught with difficulties afterwards. Customer support is also not responding trader's complaints seriously and swiftly. I would not recommend this brokerage to anyone because they wont allow you to close the order until the market goes against you. They're getting worse now. I would not deposit my money again. Be careful guys. I've lost $6,500 more from this broker. And last week I quit this broker.
