I have been trading with AxiTraderfor seven months and can say AxiTrader is great broker. I have noticed very infrequent spike and this is for me a good motive to trust them my account! Spreads are also okay and execution is far healthier than my previous brokers.
Very slow service and many times re-quote. They have a lot of server problems which causes orders not getting closed on TP or SL which causes a lot of losses. Axi Trader are not performing well. The platform is not stable as it always automatically turned-off. They stopped my trades without any announcement and block my account and did not inform any reason. I had sent request to their Customer Support but got no respond for my case. It seems that they’re only after your money and when they can’t get your money, you’re no longer as important.
I can use Auto trading EA on the MT4 platform with the AxiTrader broker. My EA executed all orders automatically at my expected position. Also, I have followed their expert analysis and trading ideas, which is so helpful to me for making a profitable deal.
I deposited $200 at AxiTrader which was their minimum requirement. At first, the experience was decent. But after a while, I started experiencing technical issues. It was too frequent that my trades started to get affected. I reported it to the company but until now, they still haven't done anything about it.
First I used a demo account was very smoothly. Then I opened a real account, 1 month was smooth, on the 2nd month the trading was good but I encountered major problem on withdrawal. I was not allowed to withdraw my profit of $500 and due to technical problem on their system. I still wait for their respond and it was almost 7 days waiting for them. They seems like to delay this matter without any quick resolution.
I want to say that all their services are perfect. I just withdrew my profit $600 in 3 days ago when I deposited $400. They just need 4 hours to process my request, it’s so quickly. Infact i'm 100% satisfied with their service and nice attitude. And Axi Trader has the best bonuses with good conditions for traders.
I started with $250 and after 2 years of trading, I got to accumulate $5,000 and every month I withdraw around $250 with Netteler, which charges low commissions for deposits and withdrawals. This broker has a good system of working.
Their staff has been prompt, professional and patient with all my questions. They take me a short time to explain exactly how I can make profits.
Axi Trader is very profitable broker. I started with $280 and after 2 years of trading, I got to accumulate $5530 and every month I withdraw around $450 with Skrill, which charges low commissions for deposits and withdrawals. This broker has a good system of working. Its reps are always pending of the clients. Every time I get in contact with support team, one of the managers replies me fast and give me accurate replies and solves my problems very well, too.
I love trading at AxiTrader because the trading conditions are favorable to their clients. First of all, they do not charge withdrawal and deposit fees unlike other brokers. Second, the customer support team is responsive especially through the live chat. Third, trading cost is low. And last, even if you leave you account on idle for a long period of time, you won't be charged with inactivity fee.
I am not a fan of Forex trading because I am always scared to loose my money to a nobody, But a time ago, precisely this year 2016, I was attracted to the No deposit bonus promotions of Axi Trader, I started trading with Axi Trader with just $50, I was given the bonus which I was able to use in trading, but trade was restricted to only 0.01 lots but despite this my trading was profitable, with the help of their customer supports, I have just withdraw my profits today with no problem at all. I hope they continue their good services.
