I must say that I am very dissapointed of this broker. I invested $1,000 at the beginning and in a few weeks I could double that amount, so I proceeded with the withdrawal and there was no problem with the payment method I chose from its list of methods. But after 2 months when I made more earnings and tried to withdraw them, this company blocked my account telling me that I had broken rules of agreement. What rules!! Up to now they don't know what to tell me and almost $4,000 are frozen in my account. They ask me for patient but this is very strange to me. Definitely, my review for this broker is not positive. Beware of this company!

From my experience, they have very good spreads. I like when brokers put people first, it really shows.

So far, Admiral market has really proved to me to be a honest broker. This broker is just too amazing, I am a happy and satisfy client, at first when I joined this broker, I made some losses but after some advice from my account manager, I started making profits; They are one of the best brokers at the moment although, sometimes spreads are high but the service I get from my account manger is unparalleled. I wish their are more brokers like this in the market.

Haven't had many problems with them, and those few I had they were extremely helpful with. Overall, this is the kind of broker I would recommend to my family members.

Hi Master, Greetings! As an Admiral Markets official representative, I would first like to thank you for terming us as a “Secure Broker”. Coming to your point that we have high spreads and slippages, we haven’t faced many queries which mention that we have high slippages. If at all there are any slippages in the order execution, it could be possible due to high volatility or a price gap. A Gap is defined as a significant difference between two consecutive quotes; such may be shown on charts as a blank field between bars or candles when the time period between the two quotes covers the bar’s or candlestick’s close time. Gaps will be visible on the chart only if the price quote directly preceding the price gap formation is the quote that completes the formation of the bar or candlestick. An example would be a one minute chart, where, if the price gap starts in the middle of the one minute bar/candle, a long bar/candle or its shadow will be displayed. Also note that orders, including Stop Loss orders, are instructions for transactions at a hypothetical price that may not exist in the sequence of real market prices. As it is not possible to retroactively open trades or use prices that do not exist, Admiral Markets has sufficient reason to facilitate the execution of orders using the first market price available for execution. Risks associated with high volatility or low liquidity are solely the responsibility of individual clients, said risks increase significantly when trading at the time of major macroeconomic or political news releases and/or trade resumptions after national holidays or weekends. If you have any details which depict such cases wherein there were mistakes in order execution, you can share with us at support@admiralmarkets.com and we would gladly resolve the query.

Had been using their Special Bonus offer and I was about to deposit my funds worth 450 USD but when I discovered that I was not eligible to withdraw my earnings, I decided not to deposit my fund and look for another company. Most of their trading promotions are real but difficult to withdraw the earnings. Another problem was the trading server, it's too slow to respond and causes me a lot of troubles.

When a trader is in trouble and the Broker's customer support helps him with immediate reply and an acceptable solution, it brings a joy to trading. I felt the same when I contacted Admiral Markets.

Admiral Markets is the biggest scam broker and scammed my 7000 pounds in my first of trading! I opened my account with Admiral Markets UK on last year and I deposited 4950 pounds. I performed good trading which made the balance more than 7000 pounds in one day!! And the same day around 9 pm UK time, I placed a 8 lots EURUSD sell stop order at price 1.18810 with a take profit price at 1.18500 - and by the time my balance was more than 7000 pounds. However when I woke up the second morning around 5 am, I just found out my balance suddenly became only 248 pounds!!! I checked the market - the lowest price of EURUSD hit 1.18421 till that time, which means my sell stop order should be executed and taken profit of 1600 pounds! However Admiral Markets just produced a huge and unreasonable slippage which directly jumped over the set price 1.18810 of my sell stop order and didn't execute it. And what's worse, they just closed my open positions of 12 lots EURUSD at around 1.18500 in order to scam away 7000 pounds!!! Meanwhile I have checked several the other broker's platforms, none of them had this market gap or slippage!! I’m so angry to see such big scam broker exist here to target on profitable traders!! So if you make profit, you know how Admiral Markets are going to treat you!!
