![]() ![]() I've been experiencing a repeated disconnection for the last two weeks. I encountered with them was server failure, unable to connect, sudden loss of connection. Their reasons always vague and far-fetched. Sometimes they would not answer the phone from me. It is very disappointing. There was so difficult to make a request for withdraw, they never grant it. For any time and for any amount of your profit that you want to withdraw, you will never get what you want.
I have only traded with them for about a month so for this to happen twice already is not good. I have been upset as to how my profits are going. I can't withdraw the profits I made. I deposited again only $100, because once you start is difficult to go out and I lost again. I closed my account last week.
EXNESS is not a trusted forex broker. When I use market orders, I experienced 20 to 30 pips of slippage, they do not control their slippage. Besides this, their withdrawal is also worst. My $260 withdrawal is in pending from almost 13 days now. Email support always giving all kind of excuses and not proper answer. Now I am bit worry about my money!
I never thought that I would lose a lot. I was blamed for this incident. Even though what actually happened was they deliberately turned off their connections, so that I experienced a loss like this. They are not honest in cooperating with me. I had $1800 and then $1000 and then various $1500 all money gone because they'll chest me over spikes. I lost my fund in my trading account and decided to change to other broker.
Exness is an honest broker. In terms of trading experience, I'd say that mine is pleasant. The platform works perfectly with accurate order execution. Trading cost is also reasonable and the customer care team is reliable. However, I am a little disappointed with their withdrawal system. I have made two withdrawals already which were both completed but were delayed. I hope that Exness work on this issue.
Be careful of any broker who always talks about increasing your deposit. There is a high probability that such a broker is a con artist. They will continue to try various ways to get money from your trading. They even have a sneaky strategy to trick you. Must be more selective in choosing a broker.
I've seen some strange activity on the EXNESS MT4 platform in an ECN Standard account. The order execution almost delays 10 to 20 seconds, so my all positions slipped 7 to 30 pips. Also, I can't close any pending orders and I can't set up any EA too. That's why I am trying to withdraw my investment of $700. while I have failed. I have asked for their support team but no response yet from them.

EXNESS broker is full of crooks as well as high pressure scamming techniques. Manipulated platform, today I notice two trade was opened on yesterday one is closed at loss -152.41 and 2nd were closed at loss -263.89. I was totally shocked because yesterday I was not even open my laptop. Their support do not responding on chat box. BE AWARE ! Cheater Company.

Exness is a decent broker. It has a good platform with rare lags and a speedy execution. However, I find their spread a little wider compared with other brokers. The commission fees are also high. And I find it weird that they already charge inactivity fees even when I have not traded for only a week. I saw that there was already a $20 charge. Then according to other traders, a higher fee will be charged if you are inactive for a longer time.

Ass of ECN account commission is 25 USD for opening an order and 25 USD for closing per 1 mil. USD volume of the position. Other than that, there is no commission charged. I will definitely not recommend EXNESS. The mt4 platform frozen very often in live account, even I have no problem with my internet connection. I never found such kind of problem on their demo account. On Monday one of my positions stopped out for no reason, when I checked the statement I saw the most ridiculous spreads I have even seen 65 pips on USD/CHF pair. Never seen anything like it over 3 years trading experience. Beware of this broker if you can call them a broker.
