FxPro is a reliable and easy-to-use broker. The platform is smooth, and trades execute quickly. It offers a good range of trading instruments, which is helpful for different strategies.
The customer service show their good responsibility in the beginning of my join. That was a year ago. But now their service is very bad. If we have problem, they will ignore us.
FxPro broker isn’t appropriate for scalper, As my orders slippage on the cTrader platform and almost price are deferent from the live market. So my scalping trading strategy is failed and It is difficult to deal with them. Therefore Isay abode FxPro broker.
Their order execution is instant, I can put my order on my demanded positions. They have a real price as in the market. The spread is also low as 0,1 and stable even during news time. I like the advanced tools provided here. I also have customized a scalping EA on the platform, which has given me a $2000 profit so far. And I can withdraw the profit via Skrill account within a day. SO far, I'm enjoying my trading with FxPro and I would love to recommend FxPro to all traders.
FxPro has many negative points. Their commissions aren't the best and that it's impossible to close an order in a short minutes. Their FxPro cTrader platform always crashed even in a normal market. Another issue is that create big slippages and they hunt stops. I do not recommend FxPro.
Trading with FxPro is very easy. Even though I am a novice trader, I did not have a hard time making my trades because the platform at this broker is easy to operate. The interface is not confusing.
Nice broker. Opened an account in September and they don't disappoint me. Registration is easy and straightforward, stable execution, good range of payment methods.
From my experience, I always feel satisfied trading with FxPro. They always provide the best trading platforms, fast execution, and low spreads, which really affects my trading activities. They also process deposit and withdrawal transactions quickly and easily. I used to withdraw my profit via PayPal, and It takes a maximum of 7 hours to be successful, and I never had a problem on that. FxPro is a reliable broker that I would like to recommend.
They fail to complete withdrawals, they actually cancelled mine. Their customer support does not answer to client’s request about order execution in time. The connection rather slow, the tick price is late for about 0.4 millisecond even sometimes in 1 min. I lost more then 65% from my deposit in my last three trades without any issue. Now I am going to make a report to their technical support and I hope my money back.
When the first time I join this broker. the customer service show their good responsibility. Then, in the second month I got problem with my transaction. The platform is not responsive during peak times.I have email them for several times and call them, but no answers. They have very very bad customer service. they don´t solve customers problems and don´t answer to your questions. I think they're trying to manipulate my trading platform. They need a lot of improvement when it comes with their platform and services.
