I do not recommend High Low. It has been a long time that I am waiting for my money, I am trying to contact with them for two weeks but I am not getting response. Their contact number, chat engine are all closed. no response for the email as well. I should find another broker with a decent broker.
I have been trading Forex for 3 years now, and I got to High Low in the year 2020, after trying so many brokers, which they only brought nothing but loss of money and wastage of time. They help me in solving problems, their documentation is great, compared with other brokers. Their customer service is excellent and they are responsive. They do send analysis and alert earlier because it is important before trading. In fact, my first deposit with High Low is $200 and I Have a target to earn $2500 within 3–5 months. The platform is clear and easy to use and I can see profit is generating nicely.
High Low platform is very risky, as always my order executed delay and their spread could rise on news-times. Also, I am disappointed with their payment service. So I say High Low can't establish their service, which is full of harassment in the market.
I opened an account at High Low out of curiosity. They had some interesting offers and I thought that it would not hurt to try especially since the minimum initial deposit is low. Surprisingly, the overall experience is worthwhile. In fact, I continued on with the journey and I am now trading with them for almost a year.
I'm sure that I made the right decision by choosing Highlow as my broker. There are thousands of dealing centers on the market now. I get some good and quality service. Convenient ways of funds deposit/withdrawal, fees are not charged for deposits. My first fund was AUD $1,000 and I did scalping trades and got good results. I don't face any issue, now my initials earnings are $3,500 the last amount I withdrawn was $2,000 and it's process quickly. I am totally satisfied with them.
