I’ve been using this company for a long time but definitely, this won’t be my broker anymore. I would like to mention that during all my time with them, I experienced all type of problems, especially with the execution of my orders, which was not properly. I usually trade with USDCAD and also used SL, TP orders in order to have a better control on my trades, but in this broker those orders don’t work well. They closed all the time before hitting the fixed level. I have lost around 20 pips in the first trade I put on the trading platform. I though at the beginning it was a problem from my Internet provider, maybe the speed of my Internet connection was not good, so I changed it but the problem persisted anyway. I recur to customer department but they just ignored my messages. That’s why I closed my account (at least I could withdraw my last $50) and switched another broker.
I have been using Belarta for 4 months and I don’t think to continue trade with this group. Along my journey with them, I experienced there were certain time my order not executed properly. I normally trade on EUR/USD pair and also implemented SL, TP features however recently, those thing were not worked well on my side. I have loss 30 pips in a last trade while it was happened during major news released. In fact, I contacted to support department as I wish they may assisted me and provide solution. Unfortunately, feedback was very slow and not helpful at all. I don’t think would stay anymore and better to move on to other broker. I wish more profit coming in with new broker!!
I have an MT4 account with this European Forex broker Belarata and I am pleased with their term & conditions and service. I have experienced their fast execution trading terminal MT4 which quite well with many trading tools, I like the 0.3 pips spread for trading all instruments and I get help from their professional support. Besides I am also interested their options spot feature and excellent hedging tool. Right now weekly I have earned is around $150 to $200 USD from my account. And I would like to have bank transfer as the payment option for both deposits and withdrawals in belarta.com broker. actually, I haven't any problem to profit withdrawal from my account. Overall I am happy with them and say they are a profitable broker for their best Service.
After hearing the story of my brother, I am interested in opening a trading account with a broker Belarta. But why its minimum account size is very high, that almost $1000. Even though I will start trading and I feel hesitant about having to directly spend money in large quantities. In my opinion, a minimum account size should not be too high, if often do trading, so the profit will increase. But I'll think about to open a trading account with the broker or looking for other broker.
I don't think I would be able to stay with Belarta anymore, because nothing works right. I have started with this broker since last year, and I opened demo account at here. Then, I opened a real account and I make deposit of 800$. When I earned profit with 200$, I wanted to withdraw my money. Suddenly, my account is locked, I was shocked. Therefore, I called their support, but no one replies to me. So, their customer support is incompetent. It’s two months, and until now I haven’t gotten my money. In addition, execution of orders are always delayed, pips are taken away for no reason. The spreads get ridiculous during news break. Belarta is the worst broker I have ever traded in forex. I highly stay away this broker.
I’m start trading with them since 2015, starting with their demo account to see their platform performance first whether smooth or not. After a few month trying in demo account I decided to open a real account with them and make my first deposit with them. Their deposit process is fast and I can start trading for a few hours after deposit. The execution is fine and so the spreads, during my dealing activities I could see no re quote and there is no manipulation in charts. Their support also really helpful every time I ask for question they will trying to answer as soon as possible. I can say that you can trust them.
I started trading with Belarta not so long ago, first I opened a demo account so I could check their platform MT4, after a long time studying about the forex market and its nuances with a specialized tutor I decided to open a live account, my deposit processed fastly, and I could start trading soon. Belarta provide information about benefits will I get if I join with Belarta. Belarta said the easy deposits and withdrawals quickly, but I experienced problems when withdrawing. I contacted customer support, but there are no answers. Belarta also said that they will give you all the answers on the question of the market. But I had trouble understanding the latest market analysis provided by Belarta. Belarta also provides for the IB program in the form of 80% share of the results, a guaranteed monthly income, promotion and marketing tools, and Meta trader PAMM account manager. I was having a hard time to verify my trading account. All my documents were declined. I tried to contact their staff but I only received an automated response. To be honest, I was disappointed. :( The documents that I sent were authentic. I think it's time to switch to another broker.
