Atom8 platform isn't perfect for scalper, as I can't place any orders at my desired positions, it could be slipped 15 to 20 pips. Also, their spread isn’t fixed. I have a $300 investment, but already I've lost $230 due to close many trades. So I can't set up my scalping strategy with Atom8.
I am enjoying the trade execution on the Atom8 platform, and I think an Atom8 broker has given me a professional service in the market by their high tech tools. I prefer scalper trade, and till now, I am doing trade with an EA, which is an outstanding performance and brings me more than $350 profit so far. I am using their Mastercard for withdrawing my profit, and I haven't had any issues so far. So I think Atom8 broker platform is profitable for forex traders.
I had a withdrawal issue with Fibo. When I place a withdrawal request of my profit, there was no acknowledgement from them. I have emailed to their client support also yielded no response. Now my accounts showing disabled. I have called their phone lines but they did not response for a single time. I would advise to stay away from Fibo.
It has been a year since I started my trading journey at Atom8. Of course, the experience was not perfect. I made a lot of trading mistakes but I am thankful that this broker provided an excellent platform to make my trades. I may have lost some money due to wrong decisions, but at least, I did not lose them just because the platform has technical issues.
I joined Atom8 six months ago. I'm so happy with the result I got. They provide a good platform. It works well and no re-quote. Day by day, I'm trading with them, and I kept getting profit because their platform quality makes me easy to earn a profit. Last week I traded, I put GBP 5000 as an initial deposit and earned more than 70% profit. Before, I was scammed by another broker. After I joined Atom8, I could recover all my losses in five months. Amazing broker. They process my withdrawal quickly. I usually got my funds within 4 hours.
In my opinion, their minimum deposit is huge. I tried this broker 2 months ago.But I got issues. I'm getting impatient now, I never got my refunds. It's been a week already. Their trading platform is unstable. Their Metatrader freezes so much not only during news but all the time, poor execution and delays of return of money.
I am expressing my annoyance with Atom8. The demo and real feed prices and executions are totally different, I tried my scalping strategies on demo successfully, but, I couldn't trade a day in real account due slippage. I realized, it's not just a random failure, they systematically make things worse for profitable trades. Traders should be stay away from this kind of ridiculous broker.
I only traded at Atom8 for 2 months. I did not like their services at all especially their customer support. The representatives are very slow in responding to my messages even through the live chat. Their platform is faulty. It always lags and it often ignores the stop loss and take profit that I set. With this kind of service, I will not be able to reach anything so I just decided to close my account. Thankfully, they let me go easily.
Atom 8 is not offering good quality services. I have a standard account with $760 as first deposit. I used their system and was credited instantly to my account, however the platform MT4 doesn't work with fast execution, has delays and when I close a position I am lucky if the price is the price which I wanted to close, because of that delay. I work with time frame M15, medium-term positions. During volatility times the spread is changing from 0.5 pips on average for EUR/USD up to 1.1 pips. I don't recommend the broker.
I will close my account after I get the approval to withdraw the rest of my funds, which I wait for the past 2 weeks. I deposited 7 months ago $1000 with Atom 8 and started to trade right away om MetaTrader 4 platform. For such a big deposit the broker is not providing good quality services. I have delays and the spread is changing very fast during volatility times. I had negative slippage of $300 from 10 trades. Usually I trade Metals and currency pairs USD/CAD, USD/JPY, USD/CHF and USD/GBP. I lost $700 and now I requested to withdraw my funds. I don't recommend this broker
