I am preferring to deal on the VerumFX platform. As I have found the fastest execution server and clear price chart with a fixed spread, which has given me a profitable platform to deal with online forex trading in the market. Also, I have found VerumFX has a reliable payment service and this is the most essential term for any forex trader. Sometimes I've got some slippage but it isn’t big. Till now I can make $240 profit within two months and I have withdrawn this money via bank transfer without any hassle. VerumFX is a really good broker.
VerumFX is an untrustworthy broker. They didn't give me money yet since I sent a withdrawal request a month, and they didn't even process my WD. I was trading with them, but I only lost my money, and I couldn't recover my loss, so I decided to take the rest of my money from my account and decided to close my account at this broker. But they won't let me go with taking the rest of my money. I have no idea until when I should wait, I can only give my advice to all to stay away from this broker.
I have been doing business with VerumFX about two years now and they are superior broker in overall. Platform and execution is best compare to current market. I observed very competitive spreads on major currencies during all the day. The rebate service is first-class for getting every bit of profit you can. Nothing to complain till now.
I opened an account at VerumFX a month ago. So far, the experience is pleasant. This broker has been in business for less than a decade but they are able provide decent services. However, they still need a lot of improvement. For instance, their platform gets technical issues sometimes. Their customer support team are polite but they need to become more prompt in answering.
I stopped trading with VerumFX because I don't like their services. I was trading with them, and I got negative slippage also platform crashed all the time. I called their support, but that guy is useless. He told me that I don't know how to trade. The mistake is on their side, but that support guy keeps telling me it was my mistake. I have no idea what kind of broker is this, and they don't deserve to be called the best broker. They have bad customer support. So, no more with them. Now I'm looking for a broker with excellent customer support.
The unresponsiveness of the support team has become severe during the last months so I decided to just close my account. Spreads is also high, I got 19 pips spreads on my EUR/USD pair. This is terrible. I don't recommend this broker. I loss my benefit and try to find another broker.
I start trading with VerumFX as a test purpose. It really sucks! Most of the time they increase spreads while trying close my deals, however they state that spreads are fixed. I never did more than 10 trades a day or more that 250+ trades a month, Exactly after one month they start rejecting my trades. I asked their live support about the trade rejections, but did not give me proper explanation. Awful broker. I'm moving on.
Verum Fx is the worst broker, which I have used. They are widening spreads even, they widened the USD/JPY spread to 10 pips, I have never seen that, and on a not so important news like existing home sales, imagine NFP. Last week without explanation and notification, my account is frozen and can not be accessed again. I have not withdrawn the profit but they can not be reached. I think to report this fraud. I have tried several brokers, and this is the worst broker I have ever known. I experienced a great loss in a very short time, which is only within 3 months. They keep blaming me for not getting profit. The one who should be angry here is me.
VerumFX is a promising Forex broker because of its credentials. It is well-regulated and has garnered positive feedback from its clients. However, for a small trader like me, their floating spread is a bit too much. Since their spread is not fixed, there comes a time when the spread is too wide that it is almost impossible to profit. I think this is good for expert traders and big-time ones. It just doesn't suit my preferences.
Verum's service is poor and platform execution is worst but I have a participant in the Verum. They didn't give me weekly $1,500 prize bonus on demo. Because I have fulfilled all their terms and condition on demo account. Besides In my five months trading experience on a live account, I have 30 trades and make $57 profit only by depositing $350. I found their main problem was slow execution and freeze platform. I saw on a forum that Verum hasn't any regulations. So now I have avoided this broker and suggest others to avoid them. But I tried to deposited another $400 with the hope that I will make back the lost money, and also to make some profit. I called also their managers to complain about the platform, the only official answer was that I need to reconsider my internet provider.
