FBS broker can't fulfill my trading demand on their platform so far. I can't place any desired order and any profit yet, As their execution was fake and spread going high during news time. So I always get negative slippage on their platform, I have followed their poor signals too. which makes me lose a $545 balance in a standard account. So I avoid dealing with FBS Broker.
FBS is a fraud Broker. I have been trading with this broker, and I faced a difficult time during the withdrawal. I had a common account with them, but they closed my account after 4 months and seized my total profit, including my equity and gave some unknown reasons in the email. In addition, there has no clue about the deposit money during this year. I have been approaching FBS with my complaint, but they have chosen to ignore it. This broker cheats their clients with false promises. Stay away from this broker. I do not recommend them.
FBS t is the most awful broker I have ever experienced in my life. Always widen spreads during news times, stop loss hunter, delayed in filing orders & will not permit you to get out of the trade when you are in a profit. Customer service not good so far. I am very frustrated with FBS broker.
FBS boasts about transparency and professionalism but I have traded with them for almost a year and they don't have these. Their customer support team are rude and impatient and for some reason, my account balance changes constantly even without an active trade.
I joined the FBS broker two months ago, and I regret it. The platform is worst, it hangs all the time and the server is always disconnecting. I called their customer support, and they said it was because my connection was poor, but I told them I never had a bad connection. They just didn't want to admit their mistake. I never ran into such a bad broker until I joined them. I decided to stop trading with them, it was just a waste of time.
They aren’t helpful at all and they also don’t provide bigger leverage. I once thought that this broker was very safe for me, and they were very enthusiastic about their clients. But after these 3 months, I always pay attention to some things that can make my trading a mess. And I also ask my brothers, they will gradually eliminate your money. Instead of losing my money, I must stop before I lose.
I have just to tell you, don't trade with FBS. They charged an inactivity fee of 10$ per month, they took $20 from my account. As I know, they never talk about inactivity fee in their terms and condition. Therefore, I decided to withdraw my money. Since 16 days ago I have requested to withdraw my money to my account but until now do not send it. Even they are not replying my emails.
My case happened with this broker in withdrawal. 4 months ago, I wanted to withdraw $200, but FBS didn’t let me do this request. This broker canceled my request with note that my balance is not enough. I was strange becasuse my fund is $500. Therefore, I tried to withdraw again with the same amount, and I was waiting for almost a month. Then my trading experience is disappointed due to the MT4 platform. Nothing good happened with my trading.
I have tried FBS and am not satisfied. Previous I have used Wire transfer method and need to wait for more than 10 days to get money credited into account. Recently, I made a deposit $100 through Skrill, problem remain the same and I wait for nearly to 2 weeks to see money credited into trading account. I was so unsatisfied with this kind of slow system and wish them to improve. Been I tried, but it still can not. It looks like the service provided even worse.
They are the worst Scam and robbers I will ever find , I deposited with them $1000 and in less than 5 minutes they stole $400 from them through there dealing disk as once you open a trade they start going against you with the price till you hit the margin call , and of course forget about there support as they are never there and never answer the phone calls.
