I appreciated Trade.com broker's service. As the MT4 platform execution is fast and stable and it is included many useful tools and indicators on the platform. Also, I have preferred their advanced charting tools, extensive back-testing options and a wide range of EA too. I have made $560 profits so far. I had many successful cash withdrawals via wire transfers. That's why Trade.com are trusted to me and I am happy with their platform.

I started trading with Trade.com a few months ago and I just really can't enjoy my trading experience. The broker's platform always gets bugs and glitches. It was just so hard making a decent trade with this quality of service.

What happening to this broker. This is not the first time I encountered this problem. The platform is still frozen. I can't close my trades and I heard that there's an upcoming news today. Lastly I gave a $5,500 deposit, and almost everything was lost through their mistake. Also when I asked to support, nobody give me reply. They disabled my account. No trading process running smoothly during the 3 months I joined. I had a hard time to make profits, I felt there is someone trading against me, whatever position I enter it eventually reverses by position and price gap is too wide, but in demo account, it looks good.

I am tired of trading with this broker because of their unprofessional systems. I got no response from them since I emailed them two weeks ago. Because of this, I have doubts about their integrity. They can only be silent and not able to explain it well. I will also soon move to another broker.

Trade.com is unfair broker. Last night, my USD/JPY pair was closed after a 65 pip loss and I had no stop loss on it even there was enough money. With the strategy, currently I am using now, their such kind of action has caused me a lot of bother and a loss on my account. Also with stop orders, they will fill my orders once it hits the price and not when it goes through it. I don't require untruthful broker to up the probability against.

In my 6 months trading experience with Trade.com I can say that they are a good broker. I like that it allows me to use execute scalping and hedge my positions, overall spreads are decent, and I like there is no commissions per trades. But one thing i don’t like that is their withdrawal system. Its very very slow. They are taking so many time to processed my withdrawal. On 6th December 2019 I request for a withdrawal but they send on 9th December. It takes one month to processed my withdrawal. They are not scam broker but they should make withdrawal little bit faster.

I hate my trading experience at Trade.com. It has only been a little more than a month since I started an account at this broker yet all I've experienced are terrible malfunctions in the platform and slow responding of the customer service. I kept losing my trades because the platform would either crash down or would take a long time to load. I never traded on news so the platform was terrible even on normal market condition. I am currently trying to take my fund now and close my account but they reply too slowly.

Trade.com is not processing my withdrawal after 22 days, very scamming behavior. I put in my request to withdraw $650, via Skrill but they are dragging their feet for that small amount. They had told me the maximum is 3 days for withdrawal. Their representatives are well trained to give no clear answer. Now they put my call on hold for as long as I hang up. I am saying full truth about them never go with them

It is inevitable to sometimes doubt your broker if it really could be trusted. I also went through this phase with Trade.com. There was a time when the transfer of my withdrawal was delayed. Of course, as my first time, I got paranoid. I thought that I was being scammed. But then, the representative assured me that I will receive my fund and reminded me that they are regulated by CySEC and that my investment is safe with them. Indeed, the money was credited to my account. This broker could be trusted. But in case you are planning to open an account here, expect that withdrawal requests will sometimes be delayed.

Trade.com has its good points. But it also needs improvement. In terms of the platform, I am satisfied with it. I haven't encountered any lags, crash, or sudden disconnection. I must say it is pretty stable. The spread is also fixed at 2pips. And the execution is fast. So there's no need to worry about losing money due to wide spreads or re-quotes. But they definitely need to improve on their support service. There was a time when I think a glitch happened on my trading account. My account balance was way below what it was supposed to be. So I contacted them through the live chat. But I guess the reps from the live chat can only help with basic issues. So they were not able to help me with that. Instead, I sent an email to the finance department. But they didn't reply until the next day. I replied immediately to that and it took them hours before responding again. This should not be how they handle their clients' concerns. Once they open an email and replied, they should wait for the answer of the client. My problem was addressed nevertheless but I just hope they improve their support system.
