I am very satisfied with TrioMarkets. Their ECN execution provides incredibly fast speeds and tight spreads, which is perfect for my strategy. I also appreciate the robust security of their CySEC regulation and the professional support provided by their team.
I can deal smoothly with TrioMarkets, as it is automatically executed with an EA and trades in live. Additionally, their platforms offer high-tech tools and a stable server in the market. Till now, I have earned $550. I prefer to deposit or withdraw via the Skrill payment system within a day. So the TrioMarkets are reliable to me.
I have found a high-tech platform with TrioMarkets in the market so far, also they have a live price execution and secure payment service. So I can deal perfectly with the MT4. I say TrioMarkets is an excellent broker for forex traders.
So disappointed with TrioMarkets because they didn't process my withdrawal since last month. It's been a month, and I started to lose hope to get my money. I always email them, but none of them responds to my emails. I have sent a withdrawal request of $465, and they swallow it up. So for traders, be careful and stay away from this broker if you don't want to get the same experience as mine. They are not a professional broker, but they are a scammer.
I can’t say anything bad about TrioMarkets broker. Their platform is very easy to use because of their flexible position and the simplicity to open/close and modify your orders. The market has been in an up and down situation, but I always get my profits.
The only problem with TrioMarkets is their high trading fees. As a beginner, I find it disadvantageous that even with my small trades, I get charged with high fees. It is hard for me to earn this way.
Since I joined this broker, I always received terrible service. First of all, their platform has the worst execution. Then, they used to keep me waiting and customer service is not helpful. Last time, I made $500 withdrawal request, but they haven't processed it yet until now. I called customer support many times, they kept asking me to wait. It's been 3 weeks I'm waiting, still there is no clear information about my withdrawal. After I get the money for sure, I will close my account at this broker.
I invested $500 on Triomarkets. Honestly, I am now regretting opening an account at this broker. For one, there is always a delay in the trading platform. Execution is not done immediately hence I often get a requote. Even the customer support is not responsive. Using the live chat, I still had to wait for minutes before a representative answer to me. This should be the fastest way of communication but it is so slow.
I found their trading platform very confusing. It sounds absurd but that's what I noticed. Maybe, they do not have a complete trading tools compared to my previous brokers.Just to withdraw $600, I had to wait 3 weeks. And I only received the half of that money, I had to send several emails in order to request and claim the another part. The trading platform is very basic and it doesn't allow EAs or strategies as scalping.
I have been trading at TrioMarkets for four months now. However, I don't think that I would be able to trade with this broker any longer. Their platform is terrible and no matter which device I use, it always has delays and glitches. I haven't had a smooth trading activity yet and it has already caused a lot of losses. This broker is not worth the investment.
