I am satisfied with Kalita-Finance, As here I can deal on the best MT4 platform, and my order execution and their payment are fast. Also, I found many tools and indicators too. So I liked Kalita-Finance broker in the fast-moving market.
IG Markets has a poor execution on their MT4 platform, my position is delayed 10 to 20 sec, which affects 5 to 30 pips slippage from my desired position. IG Markets didn't give me money either. When I made a withdrawal request, I had to connect to their support but didn't get any solutions. Overall I say IG Markets broker is disappointing for traders.
Their personal manager are not very clever, couldn't provide a good trading directive and appropriate for me, all the strategies that they employ were wrong, and made me got a lot of losses. When I tried to contact them today to follow-up the status of my withdrawals. this company simply told me to wait for another week without telling the reason. There are some problems on their trading platform. It's not accessible during news break.
I have been trading with Kalita-Finance for over four months now. I highly recommend this broker to serious traders because no hidden information, no hidden fees and charges, professional support, etc. I am also very much satisfied with their execution speed and how fast they precede withdrawal request. I withdrew my funds including all my profit and the funds arrived within 3 hours..
Because the spread at Kalita-Finance is floating, it becomes very high often times. Honestly, the increase is too much and I am no longer able to make profitable trades. When I reported it to the company, they said that they have no control over the spread. Is that true?
I am having difficulty in withdrawing my funds at Kalita-Finance now. I have sent my request two weeks ago and I also submitted my documents already but they still hadn't processed it. They are also not giving me any updates on the status of my withdrawal so I don't know what to expect anymore. This is my first time withdrawing and I am so disappointed.
Kalita-Finance is my profitable broker in the Forex market. I've dealing with different types of brokers with various trading conditions in the market but can proudly say that Kalita-Finance orders executed instant and it helps me to place orders on right positions and withdrawn my profit quickly. So I am pleased with Kalita-Finance platform and I’m not gonna change this broker to any other one, because I feel safe and comfortable here.
I am not quite satisfied with my experience with Kalita-Finance. For some reason, their platform has been malfunctioning more frequently lately. When I first traded here, I have already noticed a few lags in the platform but those were still tolerable. But lately, the lagging and the crashing of the platform has become constant. My whole trading experience has already been greatly affected. I have been losing quite a lot just because the platform would crash while I order to close the deal. I hope they fix this issue as soon as possible.
I do not recommend Kalita-Finance even I would advise not to put even 1$ to trade at Kalita-Finance. Last week they increase, they spread 25 pips on eurusd pair 5 seconds before a news release the Fed rate announcement beside this the server was down and I could not manage my open position and the moved so much up that I lost money $174. That's what typical bucket-shop brokers do.
I recently closed my account with Kalita-Finance and here are the reasons: Their platform is the worst. It can't be loaded during news release and on a normal market condition, it often disconnects. When I set the SL and TP, it doesn't execute even though it hit the price. It takes almost a minute before my order is executed. Then their support representatives are not accommodating at all. Whenever I complain about the issues of their platform, they make a way to put the blame on me. For instance, they tell me that I should check my internet connection or that I should upgrade my device. But the problem is obviously with them because my other applications and the other websites are working very well. I especially hate the representatives in the live chat. They are very rude! They told me one time that if I don't want to listen to their advises (device upgrade, internet connection), then I better not call them again. And you know what? I'm really never calling again because I already left this broker!
