I tried to withdraw, but my Skrill acc nr is not recognised. ALL my accounts are fully verified, but I just could not withdraw my money. I opted NOT for bonus, so it cannot be the reason. They claim to have 24/7 support online, but it is just a BOT, no support at all. I then e-mail them, till this day NO RESPONSE.
This morning, the platform is suddenly down. I do not see any notification of maintenance or reason for downtime. With NO SUPPORT ONLINE, it is impossible to get help.
WELTRADE, the worst experience since I started trading in 2010!!
So far, I still haven't encountered any major problem with this broker. The platform is as good as it gets and financial reviews are provided everyday. We can also reach the support team in various ways.
I am secure with my Investment at Weltrade broker. As I have a profitable trading history in an ECN Account on their MT4 platforms. I have found the fastest order execution and I have set an auto-trade EA and it works perfectly with their spreads. Also, I feel happy with their withdrawal service via the Skrill account. Really the Weltrade is appreciable in the market.
I'm not satisfied at all trading with Weltrade. They don't have good quality service. It's been 2 months since I can't withdraw my money. They have no logical reason at all. A month ago, I already got a profit of $900, I am thinking of withdrawing my money next month. But after a month, I intend to withdraw my money but they only say my money can only be withdrawn next month. They did not explain any reason.
Weltrade offers some interesting trading conditions but I did not open an account with them because they are not regulated. I don't want to risk my money especially when I am planning to invest for a long period of time.
I’m so disappointed trading with Weltrade broker. They provide awful platform which has slow order execution, there’s often requoting, and I was also unable to close a profitable trade when it was winning, and as soon as it went down in the lows, it was closed with a substantial loss even last week I lost $765 in a single trade. It’s really hard for me to gain a profit since I trade with them. Dealing with them is not profitable at all. They are not a reliable broker. I closed my account at this broker and I'm looking for a profitable broker.
Weltrade is mostly a good broker that you can trust and fund your money. I deposited and withdrawed my profit with no problem. Their support is quite good, as well as their trading conditions. Withdrawal process is very fast and customer care service is very professional and solve all problems in a short time of period.
I fully satisfy with Weltrade broker services. The spared is only 1.5 pips on major pairs. The best thing is that trailing stop is possible in their MT4 platform. Beside this, when I set Take profit and Stop loss on my orders, everything got filled correctly, even as the market was very volatile. I withdrew 2 times in a months and every time I get money within same day without any hassle. So I can recommend this broker.
I totally recommend it because it offers good promotions and bonuses. I am trading with Weltrade now for over 6 months and till now excellent. The last requote I faced over 4 months ago and trade execution is very quick. I am now trading with $1540 and till now all my withdrawals are quick, almost instant. I have been trading with Weltrade since I just learn anything about forex. This is a highly recomended forex with good bonus and promotion
Their system was good as they said when advertising.I'm satisfied and enjoying my trading with Weltrade. In the beginning, I made a small deposit with $200, and I also earned profit with $700. It’s so good.I can say that they have the best customer support department who always attend to all my questions and issues.
Here I can withdrawal my profit within 4 hours through Qiwi account. Overall I'm enjoyed forex trading with Weltrade broker.
