I am satisfied with Bforex. They gives me a welcome bonus of 50%. Besides forex trading with Bforex is very relaxed. Moreover, for the novice Bforex offers $100 no deposit bonus which profit can be withdrawn. Good support through online chat. Nice performance.
I was very disappointed with the services provided by the broker's customer service. I've asked the question at the time of withdrawal. But customer support was not provided assistance to me. Deposit which I also do not enter directly into profit. I even lost my initial deposit. Withdrawals the profit can only be done three weeks after the deposit, it's very long and difficult. Right now, they keep referring me to their accounts department who never reply my mails anymore.

Bforex has an appealing website and it is one of the reasons I opened an account with them. But I was wrong for relying on it. Their website was well-designed but their trading platform has poor quality. I hope they just poured their efforts on the platform instead of the website.
I would not recommend Bforex to anyone, The order execution is very slow during news times. I also had a hard time exiting trades because of constant requites even if price bounces up and down. I can't make trades smoothly. I think to leave this broker and try to find another broker who can provide good service and didn't make me disappointed.
