I have a horrible trading experience on the Al Trade platform. As I got a huge slippage and execution problem, I can't close my profitable positions. Also, I saw many errors on this platform. So I am stopping trading with Al Trade and withdrawing my $458 through Skrill. Overall Al Trade platform is awful to me.
I'm so impressed with AL Trade's platform performance. It has fast instant execution and the pricing is live. So I have been satisfied after earning $500 so far. As many times I have deposited and withdrawn my profit within a day via Skrill. I know that their trading model is as an ECN using integral as the liquidity provider. So I was risk-free. Their withdrawal and deposit process are fast. I can say that AL Trade is the best profitable broker for me.
Al Trade was my 3rd broker. After one month trading on demo, I've decided to open live account. There are huge dissimilarity among real account and demo account, I never face slippage on demo, but I always get slippage on Live. I have experiencing a regular disconnection from its server for the last two weeks on my live account. Customer support is not so good.
After trading with Al Forex for a couple of months, I can say that it is a reliable broker. The customer support at this broker promptly responds to inquiries and they always provide concrete solutions to any concern. Their platform is also in good condition most of the time making the experience more productive.
I tested on demo account, it was going smooth, and nothing goes wrong. After a few months of trying in demo account, I decided to open a real account and it only took one day to verify my document. Everything is going same as in demo account. The deposit process is efficient. I have made profits many times, and I withdraw via WebMoney and all been successful without any problem. They are a reliable broker, and I recommend Al Trade broker.
They don´t solve problems and don´t answer to mine questions. Their system is good, but I experienced some requotes, that made my deals more complicated. I lost $770 for 7 days and no guide at all. I withdraw all my money from them. However, finally they refused.
I have trade for five months with Al Trade broker. Recently I have been facing immoral behavior from this broker. They make spike when I had large orders when scalping. They took $187 form my account, making spike just in 30 minutes. I have a demo account with them so I can evaluate and I found that there is no slippage on same pair. I have to say they are on market maker business mode.
Al trade is not a promising broker. They have high spreads, poor choice of customer support languages, not really regulated but they claim to be a regulated I think they have no idea on how to manage their clients, they have unprofessional support service. I have requested withdrawal of profit about $250, but I have to wait for so long. Only after 2 days I can get my money back into my bank account.
I started to trade with this broker after I tried their demo account. But with the live account the platform has many delays and the spread is crazy high during volatility times. I called the support team to help me with this problems but they never answered. My deposit was $1000, and I lost all the money within almost 2 months of trading. I closed my account and now their support team is harassing me to open again an account so they will have this strategy for me and I will make back my lost funds.
I have a few bad trade experiences with Al Trade since 2017. when I was open any position when the order to reach TP then my trade didn't close. Most of the time it has happened to me and I can't profit these orders. so I have tried to many times but it is a running platform. So I am disappointed and want to withdraw all of my invest from them, while the Al Trade is still running through Skrill account.
